Honestly everything was great. My son loved the kids club and aqua park. The food was really good always different and loads of choices. The animation team were unreal, so kind, talented and made sure everyone had fun. The night shows were beautiful and entertaining. This place is perfect for families. So much to do all day long and it’s so big. Would definitely recommend and go again.

1) The location, in the middle of nowhere, 20 km from Marrakesh city, to book excursions online you need to go to Marrakesh city yourself (EUR 15 to 20 one way taxi). Excursions booked via hotel are more expensive because you are picked up there 2) Animation in the evenings not so good compared to other all inclusive hotels (maybe due to season, we went last week April)

1) The food (quality and variation) with exception of the desserts that were mainly pasteries (it would be nice to have ice cream, fruit salad, tiramisu, creme brulle, etc) 2) The water park 3) The rooms and overall cleaning

The staff were the best part of the trip for us. They organised a lovely birthday cake and singing for my husband's birthday. This was very appreciated.

Only a small negative which didn't affect our stay at all really, was that the beds were a bit hard (seemed to be a trend throughout Morocco!) and the room, although massive, was a bit tired and the TV didn't work. Again, not too much of an issue as we didn't spend too much time in the room with so much to do in the parc!

What an amazing time spent here with our kids. The food was exceptional, the staff and animation team so friendly and great with the kids, there is always something to do or a new area to explore. It is a massive parc, bathed in sunshine and with loads of pools and slides to keep the (big and little) kids busy. The room was large and in a lovely quiet location right next to one of the pools. The housekeeping team (especially Rachida, Fatimazhra and Khadija) were friendly and helpful. It was a perfect break, with the only negative being that we didn't stay longer!

Spa- they cut time, they don’t work on us the whole time, definitely Not worth the money. Closing times of aqua park is far too early.

Honestly I didn’t get the memo when I it as all inclusive until I got here, the amenities will get you hooked and if time is not taking you might end up not leaving the gate till your stay is over🥰. It was awesome

The animation team for fun could be better.. some furnitures could be renewed .. and little restoration needed for buildings ..

The place was really beyond our expectations. So many pools and very delicious food, friendly staff. It became our holiday destination for coming years as well.. thanks to all..

Although days were warm in April, at nights temperature dropped to 12 C and water in the pools was freezing. It was doable on the adult slides (for me and my 9-year old), but my 5 year old twins were shiverring in the pools with kids slides. We ended up having them in the indoor heated pool (luckily it is there), but if the children outdoor pool was heated - the stay would be perfect.

Meals and snacks were plentiful and the choice of food was varied. Rooms are spacious. We had a room on the second floor with a view of Atlas mountains and it was amazing, but I would not stay on the ground floor, becaouse then you just see a concrete wall. (Choose either second floor with Atlas view or the view of the pool). The water slides were amazing!

There’s a lot of favouritism with Arabic people , the waiters always bring them food, drinks , I noticed that because we were 1 week there and no one asked us if we need something.

The beds aren’t too comfortable, and some of the gym equipment was broken…but this wouldn’t put us off coming again at all.

The resort is beautiful, exceptionally clean and well looked after, with brilliant hospitality, particularly in the restaurant. We used all facilities, including gym, spa, indoor & outdoor pools. The food was great, and the staff should be really proud of how well they look after the site and their guests. The free shuttle to Marrakech centre was a bonus, but gets booked up very quickly, so we’d recommend getting that booked as soon as you arrive. My children aged 10 & 13 loved the whole experience.

This hotel is a kids paradise. The Aqua pools are huge and plentiful keeping kids fully entertained for hours. The family rooms are spacious and beautiful and the food is amazing. However the real gem of this hotel are the staff, I found every staff member to be incredibly helpful, friendly, happy and approachable. They really made our stay at this hotel an amazing experience.

GYM timings ; opening at 10:00 a.m and closes at 6:00 p.m. paid services for even using the sauna room and jaccuzi. Too slow response from House keeping.

Sometimes the bar at night was too noisy, another quiet bar for the evening would be nice.

Snack time needed to be advertised because when we missed lunch we had to wait till dinner time to eat. I cannot fault this hotel it is beautiful and very clean. Maybe the hot indoor pool should stay open a bit later in the evening.

We are a family of 5 with 27yrs old son, 18 daughters and 11 yrs old son, we love this property family and kids and adult-friendly, The staff were very friendly the property was very friendly Nora was wonderful she was able to have our room and the kids' room next to each other, we were greatful and Fatima the guest Relations was also great and the staff are constantly cleaning. I love where our room facing the pool side I can see my 11 years old swimming or in kids club playing around . The water park is very big and has different slides for both kids and adults. The new aqua water is been built we can't wait to return back. The indoor hot pool was a bonus. The food times are great For early risers and later eaters, but I wish we knew more about snack time and where to get snacks between lunch and dinner. The entertainment was good every night. My 19 yrs old daughter said she likes the room and the bathroom is nice and big .

The floor wasn't ideal for a water park. Lots of areas were in granite, which made more slippery. They were not prepared for rainy days. Finally, in a few episodes the waiters were unpolite and in a bad mood, especially evening time.

The food in general was amazing. Staff as Ayoub (waiter), Fatima (at the reception), and the animation time made our stay very pleasant. They are fantastic!

Although it couldn't be helped but the weather was awful for the 6 days over the Easter break with rain and temp being low. So only got to use the water park once, which is why we booked this hotel specifically. Although the kids used the indoor pool, it was located in the basement so was quite dark and running though the main hall to exit while wet just made it feel a bit awkward.

The staff were amazing - especially Moral at dinner helping us to get a table and also a heater outside. Also Mr Samir too at meal times, very pleasant. Ismail from the animation team too is always so friendly. And Laila on the front desk. The food was good most lunch times and dinner times with different variety of Asian/Italian/local tastes were quite nice but we did get a touch of the 'Delhi Belly' after a couple of days. We had a beautiful room 4211 which was separate from the main blocks and just how I liked with access over looking the pool. We did request this room - ground floor so kids could come and go but were given second floor with a balcony and it was ok. We will be back in August and request ground floor for next visit.
