It is very family oriented, so a lot of children everywhere. This might be less interesting for adult couples. A bit noisy if you don't like constant music and animation around you. Bit far away from everything and the only shop was closed due to renovations.

Good facilities, both Moroccan and continental food buffet, clean, impressive Aqua park. Most of the staff is very nice and helpful.

It’s far from the city but we knew that when we booked. It’s a shame they don’t have more frequent shuttles as they’re booked days in advance. We found the kids entertainment to be lacking- from 8:30-9:30pm there is a mini disco but it’s the same every night. But the positives far outweigh the negatives.

Aqua park is incredible, great variety of food and staff are lovely (shout out to Mohammed in the restaurant who made our stay a delight)

The pools, the slides, the food it was all incredible. Our daughter had the best time in the kids club, her first holiday doing any, aya and farah were incredible with her. A special thank you to Nora who helped make our holiday so memorable and easy to organise all our excursions, transfers and in house elements. So much to do on site, fabulous amenities and entertainment. The food every meal time was delicious with so many options available. Table staff were so pleasant and attentive, after 2 days there a staff member took note of the time we always went for dinner and what drinks we ordered and had the table ready for us every evening which was such a thoughtful touch. Close and easy shuttle bus transfer for day trips to Marrakech and many excursions not too far away but easy to organise hotel transfer with excursions.

Only one bit of confusion with manager, was a bit stressful but we got a solution, the 2 Sara's and reception staff where lovely , mangers could learn a lot from them.

Exceptional staff ,Adil and all the bar staff ,all catering staff, cleaners, guys at the front door taking luggage could not be any more helpful, they where super nice. Room, food, cleanliness the pool and aqua park, 4th time to visit and we love it,and improving every year

The night disturbance caused by the guests in the corridors and rooms 😳

Pickalbatros evolved in every way, the facilities are being upgraded along with new menus and various food styles, activities, pools and even new attractions they're building and expanding! I have been staying for 4 years in a row and i witnessed the change! A special to the staff, the receptionist or Manager Sarah, the two bartenders that you'll eventually meet Ayoub and Simo 👍😆

I have to dig, the only thing I didnt like was the behavior of a few guests. Some of the guests didn't know how to handle themselves with free alcohol, dividing their waist or how a uranari works.

As a consultant and business owner, I enjoyed seeing how well managed and orgestrated everting was. There was enough staff to keep it clean and help the customers. There were many live guards, we even saw one in action, a small girl was in trouble under her matras and in a blink of an eye the lifeguard dived in the water not waiting to be sure, he took no risk and went for here 👌🏼

The grills both outside and inside the food hall produced a lot of smoke which would sometimes pollute the inside of the food hall or even our adjacent room. Most of the grilled or fried meat was cooked into a mostly inedible burnt state.

The aqua park is great both for adults and kids and it's right there in the hotel. We didn't even use the hotel's own pools which also seemed great. The food has a very wide assortment. It is mostly great quality, especially the constant stream of oven baked pizzas. The staff is really nice and helpful from the reception to the pools and the food hall. They were extremely helpful in accommodating a late checkout for us even with a mostly fully booked hotel.

Just be aware that this a family resort which can mean a lot of children around. There were plenty of quieter areas to go if you wanted a calmer atmosphere, but this wasn't always possible in the restaurant.

We received a very nice welcome, and enjoyed a relaxing couple of days after 3 days in the medina. Our room was huge, with a lovely view across the resort and there were plenty of pools and activities depending on how active you wanted to be.

Honestly everything was great. My son loved the kids club and aqua park. The food was really good always different and loads of choices. The animation team were unreal, so kind, talented and made sure everyone had fun. The night shows were beautiful and entertaining. This place is perfect for families. So much to do all day long and it’s so big. Would definitely recommend and go again.

1) The location, in the middle of nowhere, 20 km from Marrakesh city, to book excursions online you need to go to Marrakesh city yourself (EUR 15 to 20 one way taxi). Excursions booked via hotel are more expensive because you are picked up there 2) Animation in the evenings not so good compared to other all inclusive hotels (maybe due to season, we went last week April)

1) The food (quality and variation) with exception of the desserts that were mainly pasteries (it would be nice to have ice cream, fruit salad, tiramisu, creme brulle, etc) 2) The water park 3) The rooms and overall cleaning

The staff were the best part of the trip for us. They organised a lovely birthday cake and singing for my husband's birthday. This was very appreciated.

Only a small negative which didn't affect our stay at all really, was that the beds were a bit hard (seemed to be a trend throughout Morocco!) and the room, although massive, was a bit tired and the TV didn't work. Again, not too much of an issue as we didn't spend too much time in the room with so much to do in the parc!

What an amazing time spent here with our kids. The food was exceptional, the staff and animation team so friendly and great with the kids, there is always something to do or a new area to explore. It is a massive parc, bathed in sunshine and with loads of pools and slides to keep the (big and little) kids busy. The room was large and in a lovely quiet location right next to one of the pools. The housekeeping team (especially Rachida, Fatimazhra and Khadija) were friendly and helpful. It was a perfect break, with the only negative being that we didn't stay longer!

Honestly I didn’t get the memo when I it as all inclusive until I got here, the amenities will get you hooked and if time is not taking you might end up not leaving the gate till your stay is over🥰. It was awesome

The animation team for fun could be better.. some furnitures could be renewed .. and little restoration needed for buildings ..

The place was really beyond our expectations. So many pools and very delicious food, friendly staff. It became our holiday destination for coming years as well.. thanks to all..

Although days were warm in April, at nights temperature dropped to 12 C and water in the pools was freezing. It was doable on the adult slides (for me and my 9-year old), but my 5 year old twins were shiverring in the pools with kids slides. We ended up having them in the indoor heated pool (luckily it is there), but if the children outdoor pool was heated - the stay would be perfect.

Meals and snacks were plentiful and the choice of food was varied. Rooms are spacious. We had a room on the second floor with a view of Atlas mountains and it was amazing, but I would not stay on the ground floor, becaouse then you just see a concrete wall. (Choose either second floor with Atlas view or the view of the pool). The water slides were amazing!
