There was too much noise from children and one of them was the cleaner's son.

The accommodation was good. It was unfortunately too windy to enjoy the pool area.

Everything is good, the room is large and clean, the staff was wonderful, the hotel manager is a good man, the hotel was large and clean and it was close to the sand, and a wonderful swimming pool overlooking a fantastic sunset.

Maybe if have to pick something breakfast could be more variant.

Everything was perfect, the room was very comfortable and clean, big enough bathrooms with full functionality. Also a big swimming pool with a lot of space around it to chill or sunbath. If you are Polish then you will be able to chat with the owner of the place :)

Superb.location. lovely hotel. Lovely rooms. Staff went above and beyond. Food was amazing. View over the Sahara dunes. Mohammed went above and beyond when i was ill and no fault of hotel. He said " we are your family whilst you are here and if you need anything just ask" Secure motorcycle parking. You wont regret staying here! May.i take this opportunity to say thank you to all staff.

If you don't have a car then the location, between Merzouga and Hassi Labied, is a bit isolating if wanting to walk around, say in the evening.

Lovely rooms with comfortable beds, and very friendly staff, and relaxing to sit around the pool.

One of the most beautiful hotels we stayed in Morocco. Close to dunes (15 min walking) and offering all the services - from delicious dinners to tours around the desert. Definitely recommended. 10/10

The breakfast was average compared to others we have had in Morocco, I think it could be a little bit more personalised rather than buffet style, accompanying the style of lunch and dinner which where really good home cooked meals.

Location is very comfortable away from busyness of the town. Pool and sunset view amazing, terrace as well. The interior is very welcoming and comfortable. We stayed in two different rooms and both were fantastic. Mohammed was a great host, very attentive and welcoming. He also helped organise a private tour of the dunes in 4x4 for us to follow with very sound advice that for novice sand drivers it was better to go with a good guide to teach us the ropes the first time. Would recommend 100%

Very friendly hosts. Rooms are super clean and luxury. Tasty breakfast with tajin! When we came we were greeted with tea and snacks! It was nice to speak polish with the hosts in the middle of Morrocco. Very memorable moment from our trip.

This hotel is brand new. The bed and matress were wonderful. The room was spacious and spotless. Very clean. We also had dinner and breakfast which were both very good! We enjoyed a great sunriise and sunset at the dunes which are only 5 minutes driving from the hotel. I appreciate that the guy was not pushy with tours and camel treks. I really recommend it.

We had to leave early and the breakfast was semi-prepared.

The staff was very helpful, they speak english quite well, we could pay with card, they had multiple options for dinner, a fast one what they already prepared and a slower one where we could choose from different dishes. With private parking on site, comfy and clean rooms, even with a pool.

What an amazing place. I have never experienced hospitality like this. Mohammed and his brothers did everything they could to make our stay a great pleasure. The food was delicious, they arranged activities for us in the morning, helped with topping up my phone... gave us some great coffee and tea, and provided breakfast in the morning. It was so interesting hearing all about Berber culture and chatting about the world and Morocco. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much!

Honestly nothing to complain about.

Beautiful room and bathroom, lovely facilities, staff was extremely friendly and were always open to help with anything and go out of their ways to make us happy. Dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Got a welcome tea at arrival. Location close to the desert. I would highly recommend going into the desert in the evening to watch the stars (walking distance from the accommodation). Pool was open at all times.

The BEST hotel in the desert! We extend several days here because we really feel like home. The hotel is very clean and elegant. I appreciate Hamid so much that he is so nice, friend and offered us so much help!
