The plugs didn't always work so I unplugged the TV which we weren't watching anyway The open shower in the bathroom was fine but a cheap squeegee to dry the floor would have been easier.

The location was half a block from the gate to the old city We could take a taxi right to our door Staff were helpful

Having some small facilities such as microwave, washer, dryer would be good to have.

The location was close to the medina. The staff were cooperative. The rooms were small but for the price and comparing other similar hotels in Chefchaouen, the size seems to be on par. The rooms, bedsheet, linens, bathroom were pretty clean.

It's right on the edge of the Medina so you can duck in and out easy. Fantastic roof terrace you could spend all day on. Team were helpful and the room was great 👍

While I was taking a shower, the water gradually became colder. Eventually I couldn't get any warm water at all and felt cold. When I explained this to the staff, they told me to wait 15 minutes for hot water. Be careful if you take long showers.

It was a nice place to stay , quaint older place. Rooms were a bit small but nice. Beds were comfy. Nice assortment of places to have food or stop for coffee. This Riad is located at the top of the hill we would walk down to the Medina and square to explore then take a taxi back up to the top.

I was mwt by a bit grumpy guy in the reception, because I came back to the room after midnight. The outer door was locked (which was not a big problem), but the guy was not too happy when he had to lock me in. Dissapointing, but still not a big issue. I asked the staff when I checked in if I could come and go as I wanted, even in the night, nd he said "yes". I expect to be able to be outside for as long as I wish, when I book a hotel.

Everything was good. Did expect less for that low price.

If you want a quiet place... maybe not best choice... you could hear from room to room through the open area that gave sunlight... we had multiple rooms so we enjoyed that..

Good and big apartment on ground floor. No Garten or Patio as advised Just a bit cold in the night, a couple Hoven are enough to resolve. 2 big beds + normal.bath and small kitchen with fridge. Position is good, some 50m from entrance to Medina

Cold cold cold.It is winter and was given a heater that didn't do the job.So i was cold all the time.Go in summer the apt is cool then..I hate saying something negative about this beautiful place.

Rooms are pretty dark. The whole toilet area is wet after you shower. There was hammering noise in the morning and in the late afternoon, which lasted for a very long time.

Charming little hotel right next to one of the gates to the old city. Loved the hot water in the shower. Nice rooftop terrace with chairs and tables. Check-in was fast and uncomplicated.

Being ground floor it is dark and lighting could be better, brighter bulbs with lamps would be cozier. There was a smell of damp and a bit of back up in the bathroom.

The best thing was the guys at the reception, they were so kind and sweet and helpful, it left good feelings. The location is very useful, you can get there by car but it is steps from the medina. I took the apartment for the kitchen and I was able to find things in nearby shops. I felt safe and cared for there. The decoration was cute - like murals on the light wells and charming furniture. Wifi and tv were fine. Good hot water in the shower and good cleaning! The fridge wasnt working when I arrived but it was fixed the next day. I didnt have to do steps, it is ground floor.
