Was a well equipped, very lovely apartment. Large and very comfortable. Very nicely decorated. Had about everything you needed. Very hot water for your shower. Would book again next time I visit Essaouira. Location is great. And I had no problems parking my car out front. Even offered her son to carry my luggage up the 3 flights of stairs to the apartment. Cash payment on arrival which we were not expecting but we were able to go out and find a cash machine and returned to pay later Bathroom/toilet facilities were functional but not modern - this is typical of the local homes/ buildings and was not an issue for us

The host was at the property on our arrival. Despite some confusion as a result of language barrier we were shown a comfortable set of rooms with the dining room being on the bottom floor of the riad so it had lovely open feel. We were made to feel welcome and our host made sure to check in and made sure we had everything we needed. On our final night we were treated to a home cooked tagine and fresh bread served on the rooftop terrace. Beautiful view with private use of the terrace.

Location was really good. 10 minutes walk to the beach and 15 to a bit carrefour. Also quite close to big market with a lot of different stands. The host also provided us with the and biscuits when we arrived and also cooked us an amazing tagine one evening. Amazing hospitality.

The family who run the apartments are super nice and speak very well English. It's so quite and I slept like a bear in wintertime. 26 degrees though. It's just two streets away from the big road going west. Easy to find.

Nothing I didn't like, having the toilet so close to the kitchen can be a bit off putting sometimes but there is a further toilet in the hallway which can be used.

The apartment was spotless and the host Chez was so lovely. Couldn't tip enough at the end. On our 2nd night of 3 she cooked us the best Morrocan Tagine we ate all week. The top terrace is to die for and the perfect place to chill in the sun and have a smoke and a drink:).

Fouzia gave us a warm welcome in her nice and big appartment. Good communication and you can ask her everything (I forgot to bring my hair dryer and she let me use her iron). She invited us for chicken tajine, typical Moroccan hospitality. I would recommend to stay at Chez Fouzia and Essaouira is the best city in Morocco.

Fouzia made us a delicious chicken tajine dinner and was very friendly and helpful. Loved having access to a washing machine and the rooftop terrace was nice.

there is absolutely nothing to complain. i am almost sure that is the best deal you can get in all Essaouira.

The traditional style apartment is big and well furnished. it is located something like 15 minutes from the Medina, a really nice stroll right next to the ocean in a friendly neighborhood that we were always enjoying, Madame Fouzia, the family and Fatima are really good hosts and super nice people always willing to help and always welcoming with a big smile. the possibility to go and relax in the rooftop of the palace is another plus.
