We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MoroccoOur room had a connecting door and luckily it was our family staying in there. Otherwise you can hear every single noise coming from the other guests. If you plan to stay longer, this could definitely be an issue.
The price value of the hotel is very fair and you get what you pay for. The room was clean enough, but the housekeeping team is little attentive to proper cleanliness. The bathrooms for example show signs that a proper cleaning is never done, which is typical in the country.

MoroccoI couldn’t sleep both booked nights because I could hear everything beyond the wall and my neighbour snoring was very high pitched and noisy. Could even hear their conversations. dont like when they put me in a room on the ground floor (because then there is no view no balcony) but this second booking they got me one on the second roof where I enjoyed the view.
I liked the balcony with nature view and mountains, the staff’s friendliness, the varied breakfast. And the bedsheets towels were all clean this time.

MoroccoI didn’t like being questioned if I had an appointment with some guy there as if I was some prostitute. nor being followed by one of the staff every time I was on my way to my room just because I am Moroccan. I disliked their suspicious minds about me having other intentions ( I was alone and came for skydiving and obviously booked a single room for myself to crash) Other thing that wasn’t on top was the bed covers that smelled a bit old the place is not like in the pictures but still looks nice to be at.
I only stayed for one night but I liked the hosts they were very helpful and welcoming with warm smiles I liked the variety of the breakfast (msemen, harsha, bread, viennoiseries, natural orange juice, coffee, cake, cheese, honey, jam, cold cuts and charcuterie…) and they let you serve yourself as much as you want they even suggest you to get more)
