The reception area is a bit worn out, luckiliy the room looks much nicer. The pool is beautiful, but is not heated so we could not enjoy it as the water was way too cold.

The room had a strong polish smell when we entered. Breakfast and dinner could be improved.

Spacious room view a nice view of the ocean. The hotel is located a short walk away from the medina. The staff was very nice.

On arrival, the furnishing and layout of the reception area looks a bit dated, but do not be put off by that, because the quality of the rooms and staff is excellent. Make sure you get an ocean view room, which is not just behind the tree.

Great location, along the sea front, close to the medina. Very attentive staff. Clean modern room with nice balcony with sea view. Fridge & kettle in the room. Nice spa & pool.

The dinner buffet seemed small and not appealing to us so we decided to eat in other restaurants in the eventings

Everything. Especially worth mentioning: the hotel gave us a free upgrade for the room so we had seeview - this view on the balcony is definately worth booking it. Best breakfast we had in Morokko

There was no pre warning that the pool was shut throughout our stay. Also there are no refunds for cancellations which definitely put me off booking until relatively certain that trip will happen

The location was great and close to Medina. Room was lovely with balcony to sea views. Breakfast had good choices with omelette Station and plenty of fruit and salads. But the staff were an absolute delight and very friendly and helpful. Parking is public in front of hotel and free and the staff were most efficient at finding a space.

Excellent location facing the beach. Nice breakfast, Very good bathroom with a walk in shower and seat to make having a shower easy. I have MS and this was a pleasant surprise.

Everything about the hotel is just perfect. The front desk ppl especially Mrs Malika and Mr Rachid, the house keeping and the breakfast. Whenever i will be back to Essaouira, i will spend my vacation in this hotel. I do highly recommend it
