The receptionist girl took people's Booking confirmation page to enter "exceptional 10 star rating"!!! If you ever gonna stay in this hotel, do NOT give her your phone or booking confirmation page etc. If she ask for it. I did that mistake and then I found out she gave feedback instead of me using my account! I deleted it so I can make real feedback myself now. I wonder If manager of hotel is aware of this? This is really tricky way to increase your hotel's rating but when people find it out you will actually destroy the image of hotel! Voice isolation is not good so If you have bad neighbours in other rooms it might make it uncomfortable for you. Wifi was not very good but still okay. No curtain in bathroom so it makes bathroom floor wet.

Close to city center and restaurants etc. just by walking 5 min. Also you can take taxi to Port or Grand Souk etc. with 5-10 dirham. Room size was good enough for me, my wife and 1 kid. Bathroom was big as well. In general, all hotel seemed to be new (renovated) and clean, which I liked.

The hotel is in renovation so many amenities and facilities are brand new . Very good position in the heart of tangier boulevard , The staff are very friendly helpful and welcoming . Good value for money

In the shower there isn't a door between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, everything gets really wet.

The people was really kind, also the hotel was really new and really comfortable.

The property was very near the center of the city. It was overall clean and very affordable. I like that the check in and check out was hassle free. Would definitely book here again if we go back to tangier

I stayed for 4 nights and the room hasn't been cleaned, which is a normal thing for moroccan properties. But this is not a riad or a guesthouse, this is a 3 star city hotel, i asked the staff to clean it once (the reception girl wasn't there, a guy said ok but didn't pass my request further), so the room wasn't cleaned. A kettle and a tea cup would be a nice a addition to this place.

The room itself is good enough, very spacious, there is a hairdryer which is a rare thing in moroccan hotels. Good location.

It is clear that the hotel has seen better days and the maintenance has clearly fallen behind - especially elated to plumbing. The room was a bit noisy (especially considering the room faced the inner courtyard). Also, we were charged a city tax of €2, which was perfectly reasonable but then they would not take a card payment for it and since I did not have cash in euros, they charged us 25 MAD. This was kind of uncalled for.

The location is great and the rooms are a nice size and comfortable. There are several options for restaurants and shopping close by and the hotel is a easy walk to the Tangier medina.

The hotel is new and wasn't really finished yet. The shower wasn't attached to the wall, and there was still construction going on. We were offered another room, but it was much smaller. It was also a lot of noise from outside, until well after 2am.

Eman (?) on reception was absolutely lovely, and so sweet and helpful. She really made our stay quite lovely. We only stayed one night, and I did love the location, and the facilities were adequate. The beds were small, but comfortable. It was easy to walk everywhere

Everything was dirty, the toilet was a disaster, and the woman in the reception was the rudest hotel person I had ever seen. We asked her for help with dirt in the room but she replied rudely and did nothing. I couldn't take a shower and use the toilets in the restaurants.
