Nothing it was literally perfect

Stay here if you are lucky enough to get a room!!!! The staf are amazing and welcoming. I felt so at home at Dar Daoud— even in the Marrakech media. The location is perfectly in the middle of town yet somehow calm and tranquil. I recommend having the staff arrange your airport pick up as it might be challenging to locate the first time. Breakfast is also really yummy! The place is also very very well cleaned. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Badar for a great stay and hope to visit again!

Nothing was perfect

The place was very quiet and nice. My room was cozy and comfortable. Bader was really welcoming and helpful, he gave me tips about what to do in Marrakech for the one day i was there, where to eat, even where to get the best exchange rate. The sweetest thing is that he made me a lunch box for the next day because i was leaving so early and he didn’t want me to leave without breakfast. Would definitely go back if only they had availability!

Initially difficult to find but that was because I didn’t has google maps. Once downloaded really easy.

Excellent location a quiet oasis close to the hustle and bustle. Excellent hosts helped with everything you needed and the food was excellent.

Riad Dar Daod is really close to the main market Jema el-Fna. Hidden from the chaos and rush of the street. When you get inside you will feel like you found Oasis of Harmony, where other travelers rest and talk. Special thanks to host Bader who took care of me, explained everything and is taking care of the place. I suppose its mainly to his credit that the Riad Dar Daod is such a great place. When i am coming back i am gonna stay in there. I was in some riads before but this place is special 😊.

Early morning shower was cold but I should have realised that and showered at night.

Welcome was lovely and lots of information about what to see and do plus mint tea and biscuits. The Riad is so interesting, authentic and cool in temperature. The breakfast was really lovely and felt so homely and met nice fellow travellers.

The authenticity and warmth of the people who work there. The location- right in the heart of the Medina. Cozy room and nice decor of the riad . Rooftop acces. Nice breakfast with freshly baked bread at the next door bakery.

Everything was perfect.

This a beautiful riad in the heart of the medina. The rooms are all gorgeous and super clean and comfortable, the food is amazing, and Bader is an absolutely wonderful host. I hope I can come back one day.

The service received from the kitchen staff and manager Bader was exceptional. Everything was fantastic...the Riad Dar Daoud was a unique experience for a life time... i had booked a room with double bed although i travelled alone...the room and the bathroom were spacious and very clean...Bader , the manager , was excellent helping for everything ...the breakfast was awesome..Naima in the kitchen and Bader served to me the best breakfast in the patio at a very unique and traditional atmosphere...the argan oil on the traditional bread was the top among other delicious offers...very close to Djemaa El Fna and to facilities...when i come back to Marrakesh Dar Daoud will be my only choice for accomodation ...Bader and Naima thank you for everything from the bottom of my heart...

Our second stay here. Wonderful place. Clean, quiet, great breakfast, heating, good wifi, hot water. Bader, the manager, is absolutely wonderful and will help you with anything you need to know. I highly recommend staying here!

I loved everything. No negatives.

I LOVE this Dar. All the reviews are accurate. Cozy, warm, quiet, spotless, hot water, great wifi, delicious breakfast (fruit salad/yogurt, pancakes, bread etc). Room No. 22 is the nicest with the biggest bathroom. As stated many times Bander is the star here...he is so personable, friendly and helpful. He makes you feel right at home and will help you with navigating Marrakech's sites, restaurant suggestions and he even made us special thyme tea because we were down with the flu. I highly recommend this Dar. Book it if it is available, they only have 5 rooms!

Bader was extremely helpful, offering advice on how to navigate Marrakech, where to eat and things to do! You can also book excursions directly with him (although on this occasion I didn't) which makes things a lot easier. The place itself has a very homely feel to it and as a result, you meet some great people there. The breakfast is also very good and when I return to Marrakech, I will definitely be staying here again.

This place was lovely, the interior was immaculate and very stylish, with lots of little touches that made it feel very homely and like boutique hotel, loved the orange blossom scented shower gel It is very relaxing with plenty of space to chill out outside the rooms and a lovely roof terrace Bader really is an excellent host, he gave great restaurant recommendations , and packed up a lovely breakfast as we were leaving early in the morning , he made us feel welcome and is genuinely a really kind and knowledgeable person The meal he cooked for the other guests looked absolutely divine and they told me that they had to have it again ! So well worth booking an evening meal here

Bader and the team were incredibly attentive and flexible, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and they were always there to help, give advice, or have a chat. They truly made the riad feel like a home away from home. The place was spotlessly clean, the breakfast was both abundant and delicious, and the rooftop terrace offered wonderful views of the stunning sunsets. The location is perfect - just a few minutes' walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa. Despite its proximity to the hustle and bustle, the riad feels like an oasis of peace within the medina. I'd love to come back and highly recommend Dar Daoud to anyone seeking a base to explore and fully experience Marrakech.

Best location in the central, everything near by. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Awesome room and Terrace. The guy from hotel can give you some advices for your city trip if you have no idea! And can also book a tour! Very recommended!!
