The metallic smell in the bathroom due to the metal fixtures

We came so late at night and Mourad was so nice to go and picked us up. We were in good care and great service the whole time. Location was also a plus, it is in a quiet alley in the middle of Medina, and convenient to everthing

Morad was a wonderful host. The moment we arrived he made us feel very welcomed. He was very professional. The traditional tea was very nice. Morad served a delicious breakfast. Morad went above and beyond to help us with recommendations and also the info regarding our boarding passes. The riad is in a good location. Just off the very busy road but not at all noisy.

There is nothing we didn’t like about the stay. Getting to the Dar was a little intimidating because it is down a long and sometimes dark narrow alley but locals and guest are moving through it and most of the places along the way are other Dars/accommodations I only mention this so others don’t get too alarmed or concerned, it’s just how the old town is set up and built.

Mouad the 24hour receptionist was the nicest guy and so very helpful. He is extremely hard working person and really made our stay. He also assured us that the area was very safe and that made us feel more comfortable. He made us breakfast on the roof and held our luggage while we went out exploring. The room was spacious enough, cozy and clean.

Located in the heart of the medina, which makes it easy to explore the city, mostly by walking. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is delicious, the rooftop is pretty, the street is not noisy, basically you can hear only the birds chirping. The host, Mourad was amazing, he did a great job by taking care of everything.

Traditional Charm and Exceptional Hospitality We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming ryad during our visit to Marrakech, and we were thoroughly impressed by every aspect of our experience. Upon entering, we were immediately struck by the ryad's impeccable decor, which beautifully combined traditional Moroccan elements. Every corner seemed to tell a story, and we were immersed in the rich culture and history of Marrakech from the moment we arrived. One delightful surprise was the presence of a friendly cat (Lou lou)who added to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the ryad. One of the strong points of the ryad was the hospitality. It was evident that the owners truly care about their guests' comfort and enjoyment, as Mohammed (the receptionist) went above and beyond to cater to our every need throughout our stay. His hospitality truly made us feel like valued guests, and we appreciated the personal touches that made our visit memorable. With the breakfast and the funny conversations we felt as if we were staying at a friend's house, and not a foreign city. Our room was spacious and tastefully appointed, providing a peaceful retreat after a busy day of exploring Marrakech. We especially enjoyed spending time on the terrace, which was perfect to enjoy the weather and provided the perfect spot to unwind with a cup of mint tea. While the ryad's location was slightly off the beaten path, we found it to be a positive aspect as it allowed us to escape the hustle and bustle of the city center and retreat to some quiet roads. Navigating the narrow streets may require a bit of patience, but the tranquil setting more than made up for any inconvenience. Overall, our stay at this ryad exceeded all expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone seeking an authentic Moroccan experience. From the well-decorated interiors to the exceptional hospitality of the owners, every detail contributed to a truly unforgettable stay.

The front door was tricky to unlock and I couldn't get in until someone from a nearby hotel helped me.

The decor and atmosphere was lovely, average compared to other traditional riad style accommodation in Morocco. Having breakfast on the roof terrace was pleasant. It's in the heart of the medina but off the main souk street so it's quiet. The young staff are friendly and helpful.

Nice, cozy house in a great location. The neighbourhood itself is quiet and feels very safe, and is only one or two minutes away from the bustling and vibrant Djemaa El Fnaa Square, so you really can have it both ways: quiet and relaxed, but exciting and lively just the next street over. The host, Mohamed, is really friendly and super professional, he makes a great breakfast and is always supportive in figuring out transport, trips etc. Would definitely recommend, will come again!

The riad is newly renovated. It is located in the heart of the medina. The rooms are clean, dry, not humid or with mould. On the contrary. There is airconditioning which can be set to warm up the room. The shower water is consistently hot . The breakfast was delicious with an omlette, tea, Moroccan pancakes, butter and honey. And delicious orange juice. There is even a hair dryer in the room. They also have thick new blankets.

I would recommend the owners to do something about the pillows. It wasn't a huge deal for me as I was on my own and used all the pillows but they are the softest pillows I've ever seen. Also to bear in mind it's a smaller riad with almost no sound isolating doors.

Ali is a lovely person who makes your stay so comfortable and ensures you feel safe and don't lack anything. He is a great asset to this place. The pictures of the place are accurate. The shower was great, the room can heat up quickly, the decor is tasteful and there is a window to the outside. I also liked the firm mattress on the bed, I prefer it like that. The breakfast was good, sufficient and on a pretty terrace.
