very unique environment. takes an interesting drive to reach this town, already the way is worth it. and, the views... good starting point for trekking to toubkal or, other mountains nearby.

The management was very welcoming and friendly, they offered us tea on our arrival. They also helped us with our arrangements to ascend Toubkal, including finding a guide. I definitely recommend staying here!

Really kind people are running this place. I had a pretty rushed stay before and after a crazy one-day Toubkal ascent, but they gave me a better room than I booked despite the place being nearly full on my first night. They also let me stay for a second night in the same room although I didn't book it in advance. The room was great and the place is run professionally and with care. There is an epic view of Imlil and the mountains from the guesthouse too.

best accommodation in Imlil and surrounding areas. one of my favorite stays so far during my 10 days in Marrakech! Mohammed the host was very welcoming. I got upgraded to a private room as there was only guys in the dorm. breakfast and dinner were delicious and plentiful! food prices might be a bit higher than marakech but keep in mind the food has to be carried up the mountain. and it was some of the biggest portions I’ve seen! great after a day of hiking. bed was super comfy. great hot shower. cosy fireplace in the common area. great vibes. and although the room was a bit cold, but afterwards it is January in the mountains, I had loads of blankets and a gray night sleep. the village is about 30mins walk from the shared taxi stand in Imlil but I think much better to stay here than in Imlil as it’s more peaceful and no traffic around!

Hossein and Mohamed were incredibly friendly. i recommended this hostel to everyone I spoke to on my trip in Morocco who told me that they were headed to Imlil.

If you come by car the road up there is an adventure for itself. But it almost added to the experience :).

It is a beautiful location and a great accommodation for groups. there are nice places to sit and enjoy the view. The staff is very kind and more than helpful, we were truly taken care of. They organized a wonderful guide, and the dinner and breakfast were delicious and plentiful. I’ve stayed there many times and would always go again.

It didn't bother me, but just a heads up the WiFi is a bit spotty at times and the hot water for the shower isn't super reliable.

Abdul is an incredibly kind host; he speaks great English; the location is perfect to access Mount Toubkal from (much closer than Imlil village;) food was super yummy and vegetarian options are readily available. Super clean/well made up room; extremely good value for money; fabulous view of the mountains from communal areas and terrace. I would definitely stay here again if I return to the area in future!

Quite hard to find however locals good at giving directions. FYI we were driving a rental car. Road was interesting, amazing view on the way up.
