As stated we were on the noisey side however that is life in a riad so we made sure to wear earplugs and all was quiet and slept well every night. Breakfast was standard.

We were in Warda room located on the street/entrance side of riad. The room was a great size for a longer stay. Clean. The owners were lovely and helpful. The staff at breakfast and around the hotel were always happy smiling and willing to help even though we only spoke English.

We were very well looked after at this Riad, where the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was quiet and yet just a few minutes to the main road, or into the centre of the medina. The breakfast was again good, and I would certainly stay in this property again.

The stuff is very friendly and supportive. The Riad is just beautiful, so are the rooms. There is everything you need and it's very clean. You're right in the Medina of Rabat and it's close to Oudaya.

The room (last floor) maybe was a bit small but indeed very silent

The position was in the Medina and therefore perfect to explore the city. The staff was super kind, attentive, ready to share advices on what to sightsee and visit, or even to try some restaurant. The breakfast was very good.

the Riad is located in the middle of the old medina. Finding the hotel might be a challenge, so I used Google-maps all the time. In the riad it looks very nice, Breakfast room is so nice. Breakfast is outstanding, traditional Moroccan food. Although I had to walk back in the dark from the restaurants to the hotel, I never felt unsafe.

    Nothing to add.

We felt very welcome in the Riad, it is very beautiful and clean, there was a little sitting area with a TV and games and books, there was a clear glass roof that opened an closed, there was lovely greenery in the middle, there was a lot of little details that made the place feel warm and homey. WiFi was very strong and worked through out the whole Riad. Rooms were a decent size however there were 2 single beds instead of 1 queen bed in our room. Service was excellent and always with a smile. They asked what time we wanted our breakfast so it would be ready the next morning and had a variety of drinks for breakfast where we could have more than just one cup to drink, felt very easy to ask for more as the staff were very kind. The AC was very modern and worked well. The bathroom was a bit small but everything fit nicely and it was all clean again. There were even charging ports in the bathroom and through out the room in comfortable places like beside the beds and sitting areas, both inside the room and outside. The Riad was well protected with a security code that would open the door itself. Close to the seaside and the Medina. However some noise travels through the Riad and from room to room but overall was a wonderful stay.

Room was a little small. Car parking is difficult if you come by car. Note that it is impossible to get a car closer than 100 m to the hotel, even to unload.

It was fine for us but others might not like how small it is. Your room is right on the center courtyard and just feet from where others are sitting. Parking is very difficult to find in Rabat.

Very charming riad in the medina. Easy walk from parking (once you find parking). Very gracious host. The rooms are decorated quite nicely and beautiful tile work.

Wi-fi was essentially nonexistent, and mobile signal couldn't penetrate the thick interior walls making internet reception a challenge during this business stay. The mattress has seen better days and its well-worn state made for an uncomfortable sleep experience.

Wonderful location at the top of Rabat's Medina made for short commute to main road where transportation was available. Very friendly staff and delightful (if light) breakfast in the central courtyard. Suite was traditionally appointed with nice bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property. It was easy to find and very pretty inside. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful, assisting us in arranging a taxi to the train station on our departure day. Breakfast was tasty and available at any time of our choosing. I’d definitely recommend this as a great home base for exploring Rabat, an under-appreciated gem of a city in Morocco.
