Location is perfect by the main square, with sea view. Breakfast has a nice view from the top of the building overlooking the city. Helpful staff. Overall great stay, would visit again.

Good location. Comfortable room and a good breakfast. Good price. And across the road from a restaurant and bar which is rare in these parts. We stayed overnight en route south and it made a very convenient stopover. Market nearby for getting desert gear if going into the Sahara.

The location as its very closed to the airport and centre. The staff were very welcoming helping and easy-going mainly Salwa who did all her Best to make our stay enjoyable. The excursions were very interesting with the driver.

Even it's cool weather in Dahkla there is no AC,the GPS location on Google map is wrong.

The Google address was slightly incorrect and led us down the road. After finding reception, our booking was adjusted due to some rooms being unavailable and we were assigned a new room. Ours was fine, however some of our friends were given a room without AC and didn't have an ocean view as described on the booking

Very nice stay in Dakhla even though it was quiet during Ramadam. The beds were super comfy and the staff were friendly. Really appreciate the staff because there was a confusion with the booking and they let me stay in the nicer room even though I paid for a smaller one online.

The hotel is across the road from the sea and the view is a delight. The staff are sweet, the breakfast is lovely, the room was simple but spotless and the laundry service was first rate. The hotel is a lot less expensive than it should be - book now before they read this review and raise their prices!

There were was a small cockroach in the room when I arrived, which however seems to be a problem of the city of Dakhla in general, not just this hotel. The linen were a bit stained. The room was initially too hot and stuffy to sleep, with no means of cooling down (fan or air conditioning). Moist smell in the bathroom (and room). Weirdly, the toilet is literally built inside the shower. Rather limited breakfast, but good enough for the region. But the great friendly service and warm hospitality counterbalances practically all negative issues.

Nice comfortable rooms. Excellent central location, with sea view. The hotel is modern and new. Great service and warm hospitality, very helpful and kind staff. They were kind enough to let me use the room until late afternoon, and even offered me a complimentary upgrade with sea view. They can also organise excursions to the White Dune and Imlili, with excellent driver guides (mainly French speaking), at lower prices than other companies, highly recommended. No need to arrange for a transfer, there are many taxis at the airport which cost 5€ or less, or you can walk for 30'.

There was no ac in the room. It was okay now, but maybe in summer it can get too hot.

Location is perfect. Wifi was working smoothly. I could checkin even at 11am. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. They printed me a few copies of my passport that I needed... The room was clean and had a lot of natural light

Stayed there 6 nights, breakfast was quite repetitive, although they accommodate to guest requests.

The location is great, in central town, front of the beach, near nice restaurants and central market (souk for local shopping). The staff is very friendly and helpful, they support guests questions, either in term of tours that can be done, or places to visit nearby. In late afternoon, the corniche is quite animated (friendly for families with kids).

I truly liked all the aspects of this hotel, and I enjoy my stay very much

This hotel is a new facility, only three years old, very spacious. The Seaview rooms are outstanding and the staff including the manager, Salwa and the assistant Mr Hamza are very professional and compassionate. I definitely will return back to this hotel whenever I visit the Dakhla
