We had a bit of an issue with bathroom. The floor was full of water in the whole bathroom after taking shower. ..but maybe we just can't shower properly ;)

Location was very good, the breakfast was delicious, the bed was comfortable. Overall, we had a good stay.

It just was tired and could do with some new linen and a bit of much needed maintenance.

We were greeted with hot sweet mint tea and mini sweet biscuits at checkin. We were offered a choice of 2 rooms so we chose the larger one on the first floor. The room was clean, had a wardrobe with hangers and a doona inside, which we did use as there was only a sheet on the bed. The bed was a king and very firm. The bathroom was average size and shower had hot water. Minimal linen supplied. and the quality was basic. Breakfast was the same for everyone each morning. Coffee orange juice, egg omelette, breads, croissant, cream cheese, butter and jam. Location is a bit noisy at night and I had to use my gel ear plugs. It’s in a local area with plenty of fast food outlets, but if you’re looking for a cold alcoholic beverage it’s hard to find here. At Little red taxis are everywhere but ask for metre to the mosque or wherever you wish to go in the city area otherwise big white taxis for longer distances. Always ask for meter.

The bathroom floor is completely soaked after showering. This needs to be fixed. We did not find it close to tourist attractions and we had to use a taxi to get around. Questionable area during night time. During the day the opposite.

Basic but nice stay. It was good. Nothing bad, but nothing spectacular either. It was a one night stopover for us and we were happy with the beds, size of the room, and breakfast.

The bathroom literaly floods when you shower, no matter how carefull you are. The watter even goes into the bedroom itself. We had to call the cleaning people more than once, and put towers in the floor to stop the water from messing around.

The staff was very friendly. The room was big, with a desk, table, big beds (comfy beds and pillows)... The location is perfect, easy to walk everywhere. There are places to eat and shop nearby.

There is a carpet, but when I take shower the water leaks on the ground outside, the bathroom gets wet. Other than this which can be fixed, it's an amazing hotel.

Overall clean but there were some places that could improve. The mirror had fingerprints and smudges both in the bathroom and bedroom. Leaking shower

Nice modern rooms. Free water and tea provided on entrance. Good breakfast (same as everywhere else in Morocco so can get a bit boring). Very nice and helpful staff

The hall carpets on the 2nd floor were pretty grim and didn't look like they'd seen a vacuum cleaner in a while. The breakfast wasn't the best, but to be fair, Moroccan breakfasts aren't the most filling.

A nice hotel in the centre of things in Casablanca. Handy for restaurants and shops etc. Relatively easy to find. Staff were nice and friendly. Room was nice, airy and large.

You can hear everything from the corridor and the rooms next door. Bathroom is a wet room and very small. Not many places to hang things. One day they cleaned my room but didn’t replace the towels so I asked for new ones and they brought one that was a bit damp.

Breakfast was included, was a good amount of food and is available 7-12 which is really nice for a leisurely holiday. Reception and cafe staff very friendly and helpful.

Maybe the clean service could be improved (the floor in the room was a bit dirty and initially we found the bathroom not completely clean).

The stuff was ready to satisfy all my requirements (I asked for an ulterior cleanup for the bathroom in our room, and if they could provide me with a hairdryer. They did both). Breakfast was good and abundant. The position is good.

It’s not the utmost luxury but good value for many and the staff care to make the guests welcome.

The staff are the kindest people ever, very generous and caring. Lovely tea and snack at arrival.

Maybe we didn't use it properly, but we couldn't figure out a way to stop water from getting all over the bathroom floor when taking a shower.

Super friendly and helpful staff, great location. The room was a bit dated but really clean and comfortable. The cafe was also nice to hang around at in the evenings.
