There are no products in the room except a towel and soap. There is no carpet on the floor and slippers are not provided. We were there on New Year's Eve and paid 400 euros for 3 days, It's never worth it... Since the surrounding area is the entertainment part of the city center, there is constant noise and the hotel has no view. It looks like it was converted into a hotel from an apartment building with 200 rooms

The lady who checked me in did not give me any information regarding my stay regarding breakfast or any of the facilities. I did not feel warmly welcomed. I was also rudely awoken when someone telephoned my room when I was sleeping at night to ask me how many people were in my room. I was not told the reason for this question.

Photos are very misleading! The hotel looks dated, not in a good way. Lounge spaces look very unpleasant, the pool area very messy, the room smells, the corridors/lobby unclean. Breakfast was disappointing as well. Everything has the vibe of a retirement home for the elderly. Not a place to celebrate a vacation.

The only positive thing about this hotel is the staff.

the hotel was very old, the elevator was like it’s going to break down, the Wi-Fi was really bad, the phone line was not working at all so could not call the restaurant or reception I needed to go down I don’t think should be a 4 star hotel unfortunately and I was asked to pay to keep safe my money which no 4 star hotel will ask guest to pay money to keep safe the money

the outside space at the swimming pool and one gentleman who did the check in for me we had a great conversation while we was outside the hotel at night

Loved this hotel. Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. Big swimming pool, lovely fresh breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff, and excellent location. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be coming back when we come back to Marrakech.

Updates are awesome. New pool looks amazing and pool bar. So cool. Biggest plus in this hotel is staff. So thankful for everyone. So friendly, smiley and helpful. You can see that they enjoy working there. I have been in this hotel 5 times. And definitely will come back soon.

The buffet dinner was left out too long and gave me food poisoning one night. I felt very sick and feverish for around 24 hours. Also, our toilet was slightly broken as it didn’t flush properly sometimes.

The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful all of the time and they were very good communicators. The location was great, the bigger, cleaner, busier area of Marrakech did not disappoint. Perfect central spot. The pool was big enough and was a sun spot for the majority of the day, a good amount of sun-beds surround it. The rooms were kept clean and tidy, the balconies were spacious with a great view and the bathroom/shower was amazing.

Stained bedroom curtains and no.backing on them to keep out light and heat ,cracked tile on bedside table ,poor aircon ,and only Tv had no English channel not even a news channel

The hotel was nice,food and drinks were good, the best thing was the lovely friendly staff they really make the place . Aziz that looks after the pool area looked after us well and a lovely waiter tall thin man with glasses unfortunately didn't get his name was very nice also

very Noisy around the hotel and there are cockroaches inside the suite room, I stayed for one night even though I paid three nights, I asked them to return the amount, but unfortunately it was refused. Absolutely bad experience. Even Booking didn't help me get my money back. you can see the cockroach 👇🏼👇🏼
