No microwave in apartment No kitchen towels in apartment No iron or hair dryer had to go to reception to get those. Hair dryer was faulty.

It is a little far from the main touristy area (Agadir marina/ promenade), walking wise, however a taxi is only £5 to get there so not a problem if your using a taxi/ hiring a car!

The property was very clean and well maintained (everything was very modern). There are 2 pools that are also very clean and well maintained. The apartment itself had a living room/ kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a bedroom and also 2 balcony’s which were all good sizes. The staff were lovely and always helped where they could. There was a small shop a 5 minute walk away (cash only) and lots of restaurants a 10 minute walk away (I recommend the Roastery, Vita Mix, The Pavillion and Churros and Company!). I would really recommend staying here, it’s amazing value for the money and a good base for a stay in Agadir!

Not well equipped for cooking (lots of things missing, coffee machine, blender, pots, knives and others basics) also not having a hair dryer which at the end one of the staff members managed to have it for me. Water at the pool very cold I couldn’t take advantage of it. Rented two apartments one of them very bad conditions.

- we stayed 4 days. Room not cleaned. Not even garbage collected - very poorly sonorized - poor maintenance for such new development. Missing hangers, broken door handles, door that does not close.. - in touristic area but somewhat in the middle of nowhere - limited kitchenware

We arrived at the residence around 17:30 ,Yet the apartment wasn't ready ,we had to wait for about 30 to 45 minutes.

Dominium residence is well located in a tourist area and close to the beach.The staff were helpful and the apartment was clean and the beds together with the sofa were comfortable. Also the area is quite and the swimming pool is appropriate.

Not a big issue for short stays, but there is not much equipment in the kitchen to cook more advanced meals and some other items typical for aparthotels (e.g. hairdryer, iron) were also missing. Minor cleanliness issues - some hair in the bathroom and some stains on the sofa.

Nice and modern apartment in a convenient location - close to the beach, the souk and the airport shuttle bus route. Kind and welcoming reception staff. The apartment was very spacious and with a very comfortable bed.

I had to ask where the bedsheets are and make the bed myself. The bedsheets where old and stained, cannot even tell if they were clean. Same for the pillows cover. I did not feel comfortable.

It would’ve been a 10 star rating only for a small fix. My bathroom doors handle was broken off and my main door didn’t close so I had to use a table to keep it shut. It’s such an easy fix . And put locks for the room doors for more privacy for bigger groups staying.

It is thanks to the friendly and helpful staff that I can overlook various botches in the construction, such as doors not opening properly or covers missing, and give it 5 stars. Otherwise very nice apartment and facilities. We felt very comfortable. The security team was also very friendly and always there.

I was struggling with Wifi . No TV in the rooms . No Housekeeping Think about implementing a welcome drinks and sweets in refrigerators (water ,softs, dates ..) , people could check-in after a long and exhausting trips .

The Girls at the reception were helpful and friendly . Any staff we interact with gives us a good impression.

I wish I would have had towels during my stay. One day I was told that I needed to wait an hour. I went to get a towel at the front desk but then I was told that I needed to wait longer. I never got a towel for myself or my family during my stay.

I would recommend the following: *The swimming pool to have a shallow end for older kids who are not very confident swimmers. *The dressing room had no rails and it would be good if hangers were provided. *A full length mirror in each property would have been good. *A mini market on site would also be beneficial.

*3 bedroom apartment was very spacious and clean. *The staff are very friendly; Mustafa and the ladies on the reception desk were very helpful and friendly. *Overall the facilities are very good, utensils, crockery were provided.
