Missed shampoo and gel in bathroom first day and second day only I had one small bottle of shampoo and no gel....even having requested in reception.

Wifi was unreliable for working remotely or streaming, which is a shame even if many access points are available throughout the property. On the last day AC stopped working in one of the rooms. We notified the reception who immediately sent a maintenance agent who successfully fixed it. However the problem happened again later at night. If not for the two above points I would have gladly gave a 10 to our stay.

Kindness and professionalism of the staff, particularly the front desk team which properly handled a little matter upon checking-in. Kudos to the cleaning ladies and the restaurant staff too. Lots of food options within walking distance.

The cafe and the restaurant were operated separately so any food and drink could not be added to the room and paid for at the end of the stay.

the taxi to the airport is not cheap when ordering from the hotel (around 350MAD)

nice place to rest, i had to book this hotel due change of plans during a surfing trip stayed here for 3 nights, good breakfast, many resturants in the area. the spa is amazing and affordable i found it best value for money compared to other hotels in Agadir i recommend staying at this hotel

The pool doesn’t get much direct sun.

Lovely comfy bed, with a very decent shower room. Staff were very helpful. On site Spa was very good with friendly staff. The gym was good with enough equipment. Mini supermarket on site was open till midnight. Very good breakfast with a good variety. Nice cafe attached with plenty of outside space. Hotel is in the Founty area of Agadir which has many decent restaurants. Also if you like chocolate there’s lots of chocolate houses.

Not much that I can think of.

We liked most everything. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast every day and were happy with the wide selection and nice atmosphere. We also enjoyed the small shop on premises. The prices were nearly the same as in the city itself. The beach is very close, clean, and we were largely left alone.

My room was a bit small considering the hotel was very quiet but I didn't want to make a fuss as we were staying only for a few nights & the swimming pool area was not sunny which was a disappointment, so there was no point in going for a swim!

The hotel is brand new, very clean with excellent service from friendly staff in all departments. It's about 15 minutes walk to the beach & in a good location.

Dry! … despite a sky bar!!! (Closed) … but bottle shop down the road and no worries about drinking on your balcony. Pool - not heated and in the shade all day (December).

Breakfast is very fresh. I like the freshly made omelettes a lot! And sometimes they serve fresh crepes too, they are excellent, with honey or chocolate, as you wish! The traditional mint tea is very tasty too 😀 and they have dades and slices of orange. The room on the 3d floor with poolview, was supernice and quiet, i would like to thank Sara and Jihane from the reception. They are wonderful and happy persons !! And Siham the cleaninglady is very good and always taking care of enough towels and soap.

WiFi was terrible for half our stay until we changed rooms. Breakfast was not the best and for the most part it was a cold breakfast.
