The lunch buffet was not that good. The bed was ok, just not very comfortable.

Breakfast buffet was diverse and good. Sitting by the pool was very pleasurable, quiet and enjoyable. The staff was friendly, helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we had all we needed.

To achieve its full potential would be great if it could be refurbished in the near future. Hammam/spa experience could have been more refined.

Very comfortable accommodation, especially that we received an upgrade. The buildings and deco have authentic feel reflecting local style. Also the staff was very kind staff and made us feel like at home. Food was fresh and tasty, especially local dishes.

We booked a house with own entrance but it appeared that there was an apartment on top of the house with other guests. The rooms were very noisy so we could basically hear everything from the Neighbours. That was a disappointment. Also the rooms are old and need some refreshment. The toilet and badroom were old and stinky. Noisy animals around like barking dogs and a few peacocks.

Hotel had advised that they would provide an upgrade subject to availability. Hotel was certainly not full but they advised it was. I totally appreciate that this is at their discretion so I didn’t give any negative feedback for my stay!

Rooms were a decent size, beds were comfortable. Great to have a fridge to keep water cold. I liked the fact that there was some fruit left in the room along with a large bottle of water. I also liked the fact that hotel provided a free shuttle service to Essaouira.

The management of the resort is changing so you could feel some discomfort with the staff. The resort needs a lot of refurbishing and could spend some money on renewing the furniture and make it brighter in the rooms. Looks nice but will not spend more than 2 nights there.

The location is really nice and you feel very peaceful there. The swimming pool is amazing and the breakfast excellent.

The hotel is beautiful, set in nature and with a great heated pool, the buffet on offer is delicious and the transfer service to Essaouira is handy. The staff is amazing, specially Jamal who helped us on everything we needed.

Our house seemed a bit sparse. A mirror or chair would of been nice in the bedroom.

Loved the setting of this village type complex. The staff were very helpful & extremely efficient. The meals were good. A very relaxing place & a beautiful swimming pool. We loved our little courtyard & garden. The welcome pack of fruit, biscuits & water was appreciated, a lovely gesture.

The times of the shuttles into Essaouira were not particularly convenient, particularly if you wanted an early evening dinner, so you need to factor in the cost of a "grand taxi" to get back.

The pool was great, with shelter from the wind. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious, with a balcony area to sit out in. Breakfast and dinner were buffet-style but the choice was good and the staff helpful.

There was a dance group who pretty much took over the whole hotel. They had music playing from early in the morning until late at night. They completely monopolised the restaurant and mini bus. We struggled to get the tables in the restaurant we wanted and we could only get a mini bus in or out of town every 2 hours. Also you could not change your minibus booking at the last minute so we ended up waiting with 4 young children for almost 4 hours to get back to the hotel. The alternative was spending £30 for a taxi each time. Also it would have taken only 20 minutes to get in and out of town but every journey we seemed to be either picking up or dropping off staff so to get in or out of town took at least 30-40 minutes.

The pool was a great size and heated with a baby pool so that was a complete winner with our children and they spent hours in it.

breakfast times should be at 7:30 am as we like to eat and go explore early. the price of beverages is expensive.

The shuttle bus times did make it restrictive as you an either return at 7pm or 10.30pm in the evening. It would have been good to have a shuttle at 9ish so we could eat, but not stay too late with kids. The taxi service from the airport cost through the hotel is extortionate – much better to organise your own directly – it was less than 1/4 of the price they quoted!

This is a wonderful place to get away from it all and relax. The pool is great. The free shuttle into Essaouira is great. Lots of options for breakfast and the pool is fabulous.

The lodge is nice but a little far away from the city. Quite remote and nothing around to reach on foot. Saying that, the shuttle runs many times throughout the day and is offered free of charge.

The property was nice and pool quite pleasant. Breakfast was very good. The free shuttle to Essaouira city was excellent. Room was big and had a nice balcony too.

Breakfast could be improved eggs whether scrambled or omelette were fairly tasteless also fruit selection could be better water in shower didn't drain away very well & we also had a problem with kettle Had to ask twice for the coffee & water to be replenished in our room when we would expect this to be done on a daily basis when the room was serviced The kettle was replaced but with another faulty one which like the original one posed a safety issue

The room itself was quite tired. Could do with updating (the TV for example). There was a problem with the toilet (horrible smell) which was mentioned and didn't get resolved. Ants were a constant issue. It should be noted that the free shuttle bus only runs at certain, less than convenient times. Indeed it serves more as a shuttle for staff and supplies to get to and from the hotel. Taxi would be an expensive option. They reserve your place but there are no checks made on who booked on when it comes to getting on the last bus back from town (people stood).

The pool is what makes this place. It's a decent size, enough seating around it and very clean
