It is a bit outdated compared to the other hotels in the area. It definitely deserves a renovation. The infrastructure looks a bit old, as do the rooms and the pool area. The pool is nicely sized but the transats need a serious renewal. They were dirty at times and just don’t fit the aesthetic of the outside area. This is of course not a luxury hotel, so some of these things are understandable. However, this place has GREAT potential to just be better. This is a bit nitpicky but there isn’t an open tab system like in most hotels. We are used to ordering food or drinks and paying for everything at once at the end of our stay. Here you must pay directly after ordering, which felt odd as we don’t normally carry cash to the pool. This didn’t change our experience much but it was something we noted. On our last day, the AC started making an intolerable noise to the point where we had to turn it off completely.

The hotel is well located in L’hivernage. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and lounges within walking distance. There is additionally a large mall right next door. The staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and kind. They were honestly one of the highlights of our trip. This hotel is great if you have little kids. We felt totally at ease having our 2 year old daughter with us since all of the staff were so friendly and kind with her. Our room was pristinely cleaned everyday. The breakfast was varied with a mix of typical French and American breakfast items, as well as some delicious Moroccan options. The music by the pool during the day was great! The pool food options are delicious. We enjoyed having lunch there. The Agafay Desert experience the hotel proposes is AMAZING. An absolute must do.

The room has a connecting door so you can hear through to the neighbours. As some say, the rooms are a little tired decor wise, but not to the point of it being a problem and it is reflected in the price.

4 star hotel, good pool facing room with excellent view of the Atlas mountains. Good bar service. Breakfast is not western, (as you would expect) but there is a great pot of mint tea, good coffee, excellent omelette and very nice breads and pastries. Helpful staff. Excellent decor in the dining area makes you feel you are in Marrakesh.

I made some exercise in my room and I had to lay on the ground. It was really dirty, specially carpets were full of hairs. My room was a smoker room and it was really smelly of smoke.

Good bar on the swimming pool, the private parking is really safe, employees are kind, position is good.

It's a bit rundown and could use some maintenance or upkeep, especially when the structure has so much beautiful, old artisan craftsmanship in its decor.

The property has a lot and offers many amenities, from poolside food and drink service to spa treatments to full on-site restaurant. And, it is walkable to the mosque and Medina.

Having to pay a deposit for the poolside towels as a guest was a little odd (100 Diram)

The staff and pool area were great! I also really liked the balcony area of my room. Reception staff were very helpful even printing my boarding pass for me. There's also an ATM and exchange facility within the hotel which is very safe if you are travelling alone. Taxis always waiting outside also. It is approx 25 mins walk to the Medina or a €6 taxi. A taxi from the Airport to the hotel was €12.

Hadn’t expected to pay extra to use the gym

Grand older building, a little tired in some areas. But this didn’t impact our stay. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and spotless. The room had a lovely balcony with a view. Excellent pool area. Pool bar service was excellent and all members of staff were really friendly and helpful. Omelette and Moroccan fried bread at breakfast were delicious, fresh squeezed Orange juice also. Really lovely cafe bar attached to hotel out on the street. Really nice place to have an evening drink. Neighbourhood was great. Felt very safe, ran on my own a couple of times during my stay
