You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomNot so peaceful because of building works. To be fair, the guys stopped work by late afternoon. Pool wasn’t quite ready. It’s totally understandable because it’s still early in the season so there is plenty to get done.
A very pretty location and quite good dinner and breakfast. The welcome was really lovely. Tea and cakes brought to my room on arrival. Good job!

CanadaUnpleasant restaurant experience: This waitress missed my order then served the wrong food, after that, she served food that was not fully cooked. The waitress even wanted me to pay for the raw food I had been waiting for almost an hour but hadn’t eaten. Uncourteous attitude throughout. I wrote an email to the hotel regarding this issue the day after, but no response was received so far Poor management: The receptionist was not sure whether the heater is working before bringing us to our room, and they asked us about that afterwards Blocked sink and dead insects in shower Unmaintained facilities like swimming pool and plants

Czech RepublicThe hotel is still in construction - they were building some pavements and facilities. There was one functioning pool but the water was not very clean. The grass was not maintained much. They were employees working on it, but the condition of the hotel wasn’t emphasized in the description. Wifi was very poor - did not work most of the time.
Room was nice, location was far from the civilization, but it was really calm and quiet in comparison to staying in a city. Breakfast was very nice.
