Struggled with very few options of tv channels in english

The staff were very accommodating especially as it was Ramadan, but they made us feel very comfortable Rooms were clean and a good size. Had a problem with shower which was fixed straight away. The buffets were good and the kitchen staff exceptional. If I was to go back to Tangier, I would probably go to the same hotel.

You could hear a lot of the outside noise in the room (both from the hotel reception and outside). Shower door didn't have a handle but not a big issue.

If you are sensitive to noise like me, you couldn’t sleep well because of the tunnel in front of the hotel.

The room was very clean. The staff was kind. I really enjoy the hammam at their spa.

The room is too small but nothing that bothered me. The hotel is close to the road. Had to buy earplugs at the pharmacy, which solved the problem. It would have been good if the hotel could offer it if needed.

Really good and varied breakfast. The beds were comfortable. It took time for the shower to get hot, but with a little patience it worked. The hotel has a menu, with good prices. I needed both a hair dryer and an iron and they fixed that in one go. One day there was a problem with WIFI so I had to borrow a wireless Wifi. The hotel has top service with very friendly staff.

Breakfast was spectacular. 11/10 Location was great, as it was but a 20-25 min walk into the old town from the hotel.

*Hotel is located in an area where Morrocans live and some 30 mins walk from the Medina. * Limited restaurant options. *The biggest negative issue was constant door slamming at night, and when brought to the attention of the front desk they said; "let us know when it happens and we will deal with it". I suggested it was a daft approach. Never heard from anyone on the subject.

*Staff were generally helpful which made the stay comfortable, despite their lack of English. *Hotel located in a busy road and adjoining a building site, neither of which were an issue as our room was located at the back but be aware. *Breakfast was good, abundant and for all tastes. Young man in charge of it (Mohammad) was attentive, a true professional and proud of his work.

Breakfast gets repetitive after a while, I wish they can change it up a bit sometimes. But this is clearly a concern for repeat customers. This doesn't take anything away from its quality though.

I've been using this hotel for most of my business trips, and it has consistently been good, practical, clean and welcoming. Breakfast is nice and rooms are quiet despite being close to traffic.

I was bothered by guests arriving at night rolling their travel bags and chatting loudly between rooms. please add some notices and let them know that people are sleeping inside and to be quiet. Also better not to give to a client who booked - a complete bed- twin beds as they are not comfortable and we might have pain due to the separation in between. 🤦‍♂️

I enjoyed staying in the hotel and been well treated for three nights. I highly recommend this hotel for someone who wants a good deal between the prices and the quality provided. The restaurant crews are amazing specially the cook and the princess Khadija as they are very responsive and the quality of food is excellent 10/10 😄👌💟 Greetings and thanks

Nothing that I could think of. I stayed here 2 times already and I booked it for 1 more night. I am happy so far.

It's fairly close to the airport, it's quiet, it has a decent restaurant right inside the hotel, it serves a good breakfast, the staff are very accommodating and the room was clean. I needed a place to sleep before catching a flight, it's perfect for a short stay. The quiet part might change if your room is facing the road, in both my stays it didn't.

I missed shower gel and shampoo. Noises from the street and other rooms were audible, this was a bit disturbing.

The location was super close to the old Medina so we could walk there in 15 minutes. A nice Carrefour supermarket close by with an ATM. Fantastic breakfast!!

WiFi was slow and unreliable. Decor a little dated .

Nice well presented room which was very clean serviced every day, large bathroom great shower. Breakfast was great, wide selection beautifully presented. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Air-conditioning also in the room . We'll located for our needs. Twenty minute walk to medina 1.50 euros in a taxi.
