Need to walk to reach the property once you get down from taxi .If have a trolley luggage feels to irritating .

Unfortunately we had no hot water, but they said it will soon be fixed. The WiFi connection was not that good in our room.

Omar was a fantastic guest! He was very kind and friendly and helped us arrange few activities around the Medina (guided tour and hammam, which we recommend). Despite the Medina is well know to be a maze, this riad is not that hard to find. It is very clean and breakfast was incredible! Shukran bezef ❤️🇲🇦

A long walk from the main road due to the road construction.

The staff named Omar was so kind and professional. He does everything for us. The breakfast and dinner was delicious and very well presented. The manager Jaafar was so frienly and nice as well as he did the tour for us. Overall it was a lovely and wonderful stay in the Riad. Highly recommended.

Would 100% recommend this Riad! Omar (the host) was lovely. He booked us activities, ensured we were picked up and dropped off to the Riad (it is only walkable and we would have got lost otherwise) as well as sorted out our breakfast every morning. Stay here if you can in Fes.

- Breakfast times didn't work for us. Only from 9.30 to 11. We could only have the whole breakfast once and it was great. The other days the packed ones were poor.

- Location. Right in the Medina but away from the busiest area. Near a couple of restaurants (open during Ramadan), banks and petit taxis stop. - Staff. Omar and Jaffa(?) were helpful and friendly. - Riad is a beautiful house to stay in.

The place is amazing, excellent value. What makes it truly great is Omar, he's very kind, super available, and really caring. He welcomed us from the beginning, and ensured our stay was ideal, helping us with everything. Jaffa was also very kind, picked us up from the airport and he's been our guide for an amazing tour around Meknes. The roof terrace is incredible and the breakfast super tasty and typical! We really recommend Riad Fes Touria Palace to everyone!

Omar was the best host we could have gotten! He taught us so much about his culture and also how to manage throught Fez in the most informed and safe way possible - definately he saved our trip to this city! The Riad is also a very beautiful building with an amazing terrace - that was the feature we enjoyed the most! The breakfast was also great, everyday we could taste a different maroccan delicacy, which made everything more special. The room and facilities are very clean!

Beautiful, authentic, typical Moroccan Riad located in the heart of the old Medina. We had the 4-person room which was very spacious with wonderful beds and pillows. We celebrated New Year's Eve where the owner organized a Moroccan evening with delicious food and authentic live music. We received great help from Zachariah during our 4-day stay. Nothing was too much for him and he really did everything he could to make us happy. From comfortable transport to the hotel and airport, fun excursions, breakfast served on the beautiful roof terrace looking over Fez, to arranging a SIM card and restaurants. Zachariah was also very friendly to our 2 children aged 13. Highly recommended is the 4-5 hour tour of the Medina with the guide Abd Latife, arranged by the hotel. This Moroccan man has lived in the Medina all his life and, in addition to the tourist spots, he also took us to the lesser-known parts. A gentle, friendly and wise man who tells you all about life in the beautiful old Medina. In addition to us, he also had a great eye for the children. We are impressed by the comfort, hospitality and friendliness that this place and its people have offered us. Highly recommended!

The only comment for me was the WiFi. It was generally good but in my room the signal was super low (mostly non-existent). Apparently this is because my room was the highest and farthest from the reception. The host promised they will fix this soon. Also note that the place being in the center of the old city, the room can be a bit noisy during the day but it was ok at night.

It is located literally in the heart of the old Medina (Center of Fes) among hundreds of shops and markets so location is extremely central. The room is fascinating to be honest. Super clean, nice comfy bed, storage spaces, beautiful colours, it even had 2 bathing robes like the 5 star hotels. Shared toilets: super clean, no bad smell. The reception is very cozy and welcoming. Zakaria the responsible for the facility is very helpful person who accompanied me late at night to get me to the car he requested to take me to the airport. Thanks for the nice stay.

Zakaria The staff was excellent and very helpful. He is always ready to render help to clients. Very comfortable property with traditional Moroccan touch. I loved every bit of my stay. The toilets could have been a bit modern but it's not a big deal.

We had a wonderful 2 nights at this riad. Zakaria really welcomed us and made us feel at home. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable, the breakfast included was delicious and filling and the riad is in a perfect location to explore the surroundings. Zakaria met us when we first arrived so that we didn’t get lost through the Medina. We spent a bit of time on the rooftop working whilst we were waiting for our overnight bus and we were able to leave our bags at reception which was very helpful. The hotel also offers extra activities and a laundry service. Would definitely recommend :)
