How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

It would have been good to have the two showers in each apartment working instead of only one.
We were a group of 24 people staying for a week. The apartments were big and comfortable, with enough space to avoid feeling crowded. The café downstairs was great for an amazing and affordable breakfast. The location was excellent—close to everything, yet calm and safe. The manager was in contact with me before our arrival, accommodated all our needs, and gave us recommendations.

The guy at the reception didn't really speak english. The facilities are not in the best condition; there are things to improve. One of the bathrooms had a water leak. The only light working in the main bathroom was a secondary light with the switch inside, difficult to find in the middle of the night. Many failing light switches (really, what's the deal with useless/broken light switches in Morocco?!). The 'spa shower' looks way better in the pictures than it really is; do not base your decision on it. We had to explicitly ask for towels and toiletries (I think the guy actually went to buy soap and shampoo while we waited in the reception)
Confortable and spacious. Nice restaurant downstairs. Good internet (but they should use less obvious passwords!!!). We did not use the kitchen, hence we cannot say anything about it.

Couldn’t find the air-con remotes, but we didn’t really need it at this time of year (January)
Large apartment, well-furnished and appointed. Clean, with supplied amenities. Friendly staff. Order breakfast from the restaurant downstairs and they bring it to the room, unusual for this style of accommodation (apartment), so that was cool. Parked in the basement, which was convenient as street parking is hard to find.

Excellent response time, I booked it literally last minute and the host responded immediately confirming my booking and within 30min I was there. They were helpful, brought some free tea and soup for us knowing that we were left stranded by another place. I would love to visit and stay with them again. really a place I can call my home.

This felt like a very spacious luxury apartment. Super clean and tidy inside. The surrounding area is so quiet and calm. There are some supermarkets nearby. Being able to order from the cafe downstairs brings an added layer of luxury to this place. The host left us his phone number in case we had any questions. He was super helpful when we called him and he texted us all the nice things to see around Rabat.

One of the showers was not operational (the floor was very weak) and overall cleanliness: one of the beds had some dust stains and the big shower was not clean enough.
Excellent breakfast for an affordable price. Excellent location as well. The apartment is quite spacious and in a great location.

One bathroom was really good, in the second one the shower cabin was unstable and even a bit dangerous. It should be fixed. There were not enough towels and bed linen, but we told the manager and he brought them quickly.
We had a really big apartment, the pictures on booking are exactly the same as in reality. A good and big kitchen. Hot water. Clean place.

The beds were hard. One of the douche cabins is shaky. We didn't use it. But not a big deal as there are 2 bathrooms!
The apartment is spacious and airy! Just beautiful! Yassine in the reception is always accommodating and ready to help. He's a star! Thank you again, Yassine!

Departments for very spacious and well appointed. Even had large kitchens. Location was fantastic in the center of town. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Underground secure parking was a bonus.

Showers.
It was functional. Basic. Showers didnt work well. Decent space and to be honest i would do it again if in rabat for a day or 2.
