The reception staff when we arrived on Saturday lunchtime. She was very unhelpful and rude.

Everything was good

The room was big enough for the 4 of us(2 Adults and 2 Kids). The location was fabulous and very close to Medina yet away from the hustle and bustle. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel! Having a spa at the hotel was a plus as well for a quick short massage!

The hotel staff was not enthusiastic enough to smile. But there was a tall, thin, silver-haired gentleman at the front desk who was very friendly, smiling and enthusiastic. I think other employees should learn from this gentleman. Slippers and toothbrushes are not provided in the rooms. Breakfast is not big enough.

The hotel rooms are very large, the view is very beautiful, and the location of various attractions is very close, and the travel is convenient.

The hotel was in a good location right in the heart of the city, close to all the amenities. The hotel room was a good size, clean and comfortable. You had a view of the whole city form my balcony, i really liked that. The hotel staff were nice and helpful and the breakfast was very good. A good choice of hot and cold food.

I did try to contact reception before my stay asking if I could get a non-smoking room this time, sent 3 messages via the app, no reply, sent an email direct to the hotel, no reply, finally after sending 2 messages via whatsapp someone eventually replied. The water in the bath/shower wasnt hot enough, it was luke warm. Wifi worked in the rooms and outside the rooms but not in reception or the lounge area, so in order to book my taxi on my app I had to go to the first floor and book it.

Returned here for my second stay, and it was better than the first. Room was non smoking and nicer. Room had a heater/AC unit but I could only get it to blow hot air. There is a small fridge which I assume is when they used to have a mini bar in the room but now they only have the empty fridge but it is handy for keeping your drinks in if you are staying for more than one night. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold food, pastries, cakes, cereal, bread, salad, juices, coffee machine, toaster oven. Location was excellent, a 5 minutes walk to Grand Socco

Hotel needs cosmetic renovations in various areas. No kettle.

Very helpfull staff, promt service, brought us additional blanket and pillows upon request. Good breakfast by Maroccan standarts. Nice location with the view. Spacious rooms.

Perfect location in tangiers to enjoy the old medina and the new city. Comfortable accommodation and a wholesome breakfast.

Very bad Wi-Fi coverage in our room. The single elevator is way too busy and not enough for the size of the hotel. The pool area did not seem clean and welcoming. The hotel system was most likely hacked by cyber-criminals and we received a very well constructed phishing message to pay directly - we did not fall victim but this is extremely concerning.

Good parking on premise, the Medina is just a sort walk away. Buffet breakfast with very good assortment. We were upgraded to sea view and it is quite beautiful (you can see Spain and the rock of Gibraltar in clear weather). Clean and spacious room with a large balcony.

WHen using the shower in the bathroom, the water would leak on to the floor.

make off season and occupancy a bit low but have to seek staff to get bar or cafe services during day. Restaurant virtually empty in the evening. Bathroom a bit tired and some water damage nevertheless spotlessly clean.

Beautiful view if you have sea view room. Location excellent walking distance from medina beach and shopping streets.

I wish there was a coffee machine in the room or vending machine for soft drinks at night.

Shower floods bathroom floor resulted in unfixed broken wooden floor.

Room with sea view. Big room with comfy beds. Very near the medina. Has small pool and bar. Separate toilet and shower.
