Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWiFi was slow so firestick buffered a lot They refused taxis to pick us up via Careem saying the government doesn’t allow it even though we had got 8 careems the previous day. They didn’t point us in the direction of any restaurants open during Ramadan!

Overall it is really great, every one is nice, specially Sara&Sara at the reception. However, room service response time needs improvement, it is a bit slow. Overall highly recommended, beds are great and the scene is beautiful from up there.

United StatesBreakfast was an enormous buffet, but it was not included in the price. We only wanted coffee and toast, so the buffet price per person was way out of line with our consumption. We didn't have time to go anywhere else in the morning. There should be an option for a lower priced, smaller breakfast.
Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was divided (toilet and bidet v. bathtub and shower) so no "waiting" for my spouse. Breakfast was an enormous buffet, much like an American "brunch," aimed at pleasing international guests from around the world.
