Poor, unstable Internet connection. Electrical review needed. Some power outlets are not working. Considering we had the Luxury Suite, there was a lack of attention to details. For instance: • we received, as welcome courtesy, a plate of fruits, but no knifes to peel and cut them. • Got water, but no glasses. • Got tea and coffee but no cups. • Nespresso coffee machine with sachês of instant coffee instead. • Two guests, one robe.

Khawla and the staff at the reception desk are very friendly and helpful. Wonderful big apartment. Huge terrasse. Very clean.

The location is perfect. The staff outstanding. At the front desk Khawla, Karim and Marwane served me with smile. The cleaning team were excellent. The breakfast was full some and the music was just nice. The rooms are spacious and choice on TV superb.

We stayed here twice, one night each at beginning of our time in Morocco and one at the end. In the meantime, they store our big suitcases while we traveled around the country with our carry-ons. This was extraordinarily helpful since we were boarding trains every 2-4 days. The staff is super-friendly and the breakfast is abundant.

Parking zone is very small and tight in front of the building, there is no A/C cooling ! You will need to open the windows to have cool air .. which wasn’t mentioned .. and ruined the whole experience due to heat and not being able to sleep

The hotel is in need of renovation. Not a major one, but to update the plumbing, beds, chairs. The air conditioning system is a bit strange; it always works for heat in one room.

Great staff. Very responsive people. They made us breakfast earlier than usual. Thanks a lot! The room had water, tea/coffee, and towels. Very large spacious room, two TVs, refrigerator. Quite quiet, sometimes you can hear the garbage being taken out. There is a nice mini store next to the hotel where you can buy souvenirs. There are also restaurants nearby, a taxi is easy to get and a bus stop is within walking distance.

The price for the breakfast is too expensive for what is offered. No cups of coffee in the room , water , kitchen is not equiped with elementary stuff . No view from the room , facing another building . I beleive that they can do better

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I want to extend a special thank you to Khawla at the reception desk for her exceptional service. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay and answered all my questions with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Casablanca.

Black tea bags in room. Again, staff helpful, but not everyone drinks coffee.

Staff terrific. Facilities in rooms a little haphazard eg kettle/no kettle. But staff responded quickly to requests. Breakfast varied and generous.
