View from the rooftop is amazing but we were very disappointed that we found plastic chairs and some normal restaurant tables up there instead of some nice place to spend evening there with no wish to go in the bed ….we spent hours and hours on rooftop in some other riad in Fes so we can really compare what can be done for not so much money we think….a huge difference for guests ?! But this is only our point of view!?

Very friendly family and really good breakfast. Room is very nice and clean and we slept very well.

Everything was great! The only thing is it will hard to find like anything in Fes, since GPS mobile signal is poor in the narrow streets. So I suggest having the riad staff/owner pick you up from the train or some central location.

The property has been exquisitely done with amazing attention to detail. It is really like a palace. The food served by the family is too good! You will have a feast for breakfast. So many dishes! They also run a very nice restaurant nearby (called Dar Hatim) that was also delicious. We went there for dinner twice.

I had the privilege of staying at this charming boutique hotel in the heart of Fez, Morocco, and it was an experience beyond compare. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in the warmth of a family-run establishment, and the feeling of being at home. The hotel, nestled in a 1,000-year-old Riad, is a testament to the rich history of the city. The attention to detail in preserving the heritage of this place is truly impressive. Every corner of the hotel tells a story, and it’s a journey through time. The heart and soul of this place lie in the exceptional hospitality provided by the family who owns it. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is nothing short of magical. But what truly sets this place apart is the culinary experience. The Moroccan dishes prepared by the family are nothing short of phenomenal. In fact, it’s some of the best Moroccan food I’ve ever had. The flavors are exquisite, and each meal feels like a lovingly prepared masterpiece. In summary, my stay at this Riad was an unforgettable journey through history and Moroccan culture, enriched by the warm embrace of a family who treats you like one of their own. If you’re looking for an extraordinary, personalized, and heartwarming experience, this boutique hotel is your destination. It deserves more than 5 stars; it’s an oasis of hospitality and tradition in the heart of Fez.

I didn't like the fact that there wasn't a proper shaded parking outsit the old city in order to park the car in it.

Nice place and nice family operating the facility. The operator is very friendly and the food was very good. The operator provides valued information and links you with the city tour service. The operator was very helpful and makes you feel home.

Fouad , Karima and Hatim gave me a warm welcome and seem to really enjoy their work. I was well fed each day for breakfast with an huge array of local specialties. My room was immaculate and quiet, and I well looked after during my stay. Fouad arranged a couple excursions. Everything was top notch and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Fes, particularly as a newcomer or single traveler.

I absolutely loved everything about the property. the owners of the Riad are the most welcoming hospitable people I’ve ever met. they really made my stay so comfortable and memorable. Great breakfast everyday really generous portions too. the wife, Karima is a great cook! Her lamb tajine is a must try 😀 the location is right in the center of medina but near the gate so very easy access. comfortable large bed , (I slept like a baby every day ) and nice sized bath tub. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back again. many many thanks 😊

The only negative, and I maybe being a little picky here, there was no tv in the room. But honestly that is not a negative as some may not want a tv in the room.

the hosts were amazing, very attentive to all our needs. I can’t recommend them highly enough. their son Hatim which the restaurant Dar Hatim the s named after, was a fantastic host too. he spoke to us and made us feel comfortable.

We had an amazing stay at Riad Al Fassia Palace! Very comfortable, cozy, sparking clean, and the family that is running the Riad is so warm and kind! They took care of us during our stay. The Riad is beautiful, the breakfast excellent and they also have a beautiful terrace. Definitely recommended! Thank you for everything!

I strongly discourage guests from using the local tour guides, even the one suggested and booked by the owners of the Riad. The owner said the price was 300, the man charged me 400 and showed me nothing I could not find myself walking along in the area. plus they work on commission and make money when they show you places and you do shopping. so they take you to tourist places where they will make money off you. in my case, the guide also totally lied about the transport to my next location and I made a decision based on trusting his local knowledge.l; this was a scam.

it is a small family business and INE can tell the owners are working hard to have a successful business and legacy for their children
