We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainThere was no wifi connection in the rooms. We had to sit on the balcony to get reception and even then it was very low. The hot water in showers was not very hot. Lets say it was warm.
Overall very nice and plesant. Breakfast was good. Swimming was lush and staff all very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Gardens very well kept.

NigeriaHowever starting with the lack of wheelchair/stroller access at the reception forcing us to lift the heavy stroller every time we want to access the elevator was very tiring. Then the breakfast wasn’t great, not a lot of choices, the room was dirty with rusted faucets etc, and the mediocre services and lack of communication between the staffs is horrible. I choses payment at the hotel but they already billed me directly using a less than favorable rate. Requested the DJ at the pool to reduce the music’s volume due to the baby, and we were forced to be very close to the speaker as it was the only available space, he moreoless refused. Ask for menu of the day at 5:50pm (room service) for dinner service that was supposed to start 7pm, and they still hadn’t decided what they will offer ag 7pm! Reeks of disorganization! And the food wasn’t great either.
The view from the room and proximity to the beach was great.

Morocco- Hotel should really do something about the wifi strength. Wifi is very important to clients, the wifi basically never worked in our room, very poor quality, impossible to watch Youtube or Netflix. Hotel should invest in stronger Wifi for all rooms. - Lamps were missing in the bathroom and toilet of our room. - Lightning is poor, Hotel should suggest other lightning options in the rooms, than the cosy little lampshades. In the night you basically see nothing - A/C stopped working twice in our room - The safe (coffre-fort) doesn’t work - The TV doesn’t have an interesting list of channels - A bottle of water while arriving in the rooms cost nothing but is a nice gesture, as when you arrive there is no shop nearby if you are thirsty.

MoroccoWe were cut off from the water at 9am on our last day. We were a little shocked by this behavior while the staff were kind throughout our stay. No answering on the phone. Our badge was deactivated on the first day. No good reason was provided. The cleaning service took a private thing by mistake. Couldnt find it after (Understandable) The balconies are seperated with solid outdoor curtains .. Ours was defective, which made our stay in the balcony visible to others.
The staff was kind and the room was clean. Breakfast was good.

United StatesCleanliness issues. Just seems they need to update the carpets in main areas and the toilet had a huge brown stain that was unsightly. Aside from the kind woman at reception, staff just pretends you don't exist when you need something. Even just to buy an ice cream I had to aggressively approach someone who was sitting behind the counter ignoring me. I think it's definitely overpriced too.
The pool was nice with good music being played. Restaurant was affordable. Walking distance to the beach. For our honeymoon they brought us breakfast one morning and we ate one the balcony! Reception was really sweet. Hotel looks a little upscale esp the pool with the beds
