Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNothing interesting to look at outside or around. This didn't affect our stay though. Inside is pleasing to the eyes already.
This is a brand new hotel. Probably just opened a month before we stayed there. The room was very spacious. The living room where we had the sofa bed prepared for us was also very spacious in itself. We were 4 (incl 2 teenagers) but the room can easily fit 6 and still not look messy. We couldn't get any SIM card to Google map our way there from Rabat where we landed. Car sat nav was outdated, and as this is a new hotel, it's not in the nav. We arrived at 1.30 a.m. after paying a taxi to guide us there. Hassan at the front desk, and the night door man were so helpful and kind, the stress just melted away. As we only stayed 1 night (pffttt...few hours actually!), couldn't really say much but, it's clean, bright, spacious, new, easy, safe and plenty of parking spaces.

United Arab EmiratesFirst of all It's far away from Hilton Standards . In reality, It's even not a Hilton Garden Inn. Its's clearly Trouble Inn Hotel. Some of hotel employees must get proper training regarding how to respond a customer and how to handle a claim. Half of the restaurant menu was not available, A/C system air quality is terrible, Cooking Oil and Exhaust smell comes from A/C when it's turned off. The sink was Clogged. There was no Hot Water. Shower was not working Properly. Staff, food availability, Overall Quality, out of Hilton Standards.
There is nothing to be liked in this accommodation place!
