The food was great, other than there was no fruit at breakfast.

Its was lovely & clean, staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful. The pool was beautiful & well maintained & the sun beds well looked after. I would highly recommend this hotel.

it is advisable not to book through booking.com. you can directly walk in or else call hotel directly.

Stay was good , but stayed for only 4 nights out of 6 nights booked. Booking.com not reversed the balance amount which was paid in advance. booking.com response is worst.

Breakfast choice could be better, Food was cold that I suspect was originally hot, Rooms although clean and tidy are a little bit in need of refreshment

Pool area and garden were beautiful and quiet and very clean at all times, Staff were very professional and helpful, Gateman/security went above and beyond to help. Room was very tidy and clean, Very nice of them to allow us to check out later than required, Great location for beachfront and town, Carefour on doorstep is very handy.

I liked the stuff and the place so much they are nice and they answer every request, the pool was cleaan and empty and the whole property gives the feeling of peace. But there was only one thing that i wish if they can minimize the amount of chlore used in the pool but other than that everything was good and definitely not going to be the last time. You made my stay in essaouira good m.

We booked 3 rooms for my large family. The sink was blocked and I had to request 6x for someone to fix it. Towels were missing again had to ask multiple times. The phone in one room was not working. A kettle in one room was broken. No tea or coffee left in rooms, no water. Toiletries had to be asked , and when given not enough for everyone in the room. At the open buffet breakfast other guests were grabbing the food as if there was no tomorrow. Filling up plates to the top and then of course leaving it as waste. The staff should have done something about it as it was disgusting to see. Adults and kids with a mountain of 3 different cereals in one bowl only not to eat it , same with the pastries and warm food. Same with dinner time. Staff should encourage sensible behaviour. My kids paid to pay pool only to be interrupted by another child guest who wanted to play. My kids explained that they are playing and have paid for it that she has to wait for her turn. Instead she took the balls and destroyed the game. Again staff did not intervene even when complained nor offered a refund so my kids could have another game. They advertise they have a private beach. It is not a private beach. It is not a private beach. It is far away from the main areas and it is just 6 chairs with parasols with ropes around it. To go get a drink was a trek as it is at the far end from where the cafes are. Just not the service I expected from a hotel of this size

Location was good, short walk to the beach. Swimming pool is open all day/ evening and is a good size. My dog was welcome to stay at 100 Dirham a day.

Great location - right by a supermarket, 15 minute walk from the best beach bars in the city, and a 30 minute walk / 5 minute taxi from the Medina (Old Town). Nice pool area, pleasant staff, and a decent breakfast

the place is really pretty and clean. staff really good specifically the reception guy (Mounir) really friendly and nice. if you're looking for a nice place for families in essouara i really advice this.

Bathroom surfacearound the sink was badly cracked. The shower doors had large gaps, so bathroom floor was always flooded after a shower. The bar area is not particularly comfortable. I would be good to have a decent coffee maker in the hotel, rather than the basic machine. Although there are many cafes throughout Essaouira of varied quality.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed during Ramadan, so there were very few guests. Sometimes I was the only guest at breakfast and the staff made a Moroccan breakfast just for me. They were very sweet and kind. I was actually recovering from an emergency eye operation, so was limited in what I could do.

The swimming pool was extremely dirty.

Comfortable, though dated rooms. Essentially an old 'Ibis' hotel. Beds are good, and it's very quiet.
