The ladies working there were the sweetest and most helpful. They really made our stay exceptional. The rooftop terrace is just breathtaking and the breakfast is super fresh and delicious.

Nothing, we liked it a lot

We rented the Amazon studio which has a magnificent view of the sea. There is a balcony with a view of the city and a magnificent view of the ocean on the other side. There is also a terrace with a 360 view of the city and the ocean which is just beautiful.

This place is perfectly located with outstanding views from the rooftop terace. The hole property is modern and very well decorate and organizied with big very well equipped kitchen.The room was spacious, clean with very comfortable bed. The ladies were very nice and helpfull, serve us good breakfast and do us favour to made us breakfast to take away because we were leaving very eraly next morning.

The stairs are steep, for some this might be a difficulty.

The apartment we stayed in at Jack's apartment block was lovely, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for our 2-night stay. Special highlights were the ocean view and fireplace!

Nothing! everything was just the way we wanted.

Excellent value for money! the location is perfect, in the heart of the Medina. The view from the room on the ocean was outstanding! the apartment was very clean and comfortable.

The housekeeper was maybe a little too ambitious. She's sweet but it felt a bit invasive/uncomfortable to find her in our room both days. Check out was noon (very nice!) but she had packed up our things and piled them by the door as she started cleaning at 11:00.

The place is spotless and beautiful, perfectly located with outstanding views from the rooms and the comfy rooftop deck. The pictures tell it all.

There are winding stairs that could be challenging, although their staff will assist with luggage up the stairs.

The apt overlooks the ocean above the city walls. Right in the medina, great location. The apt is spacious, clean, with well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, windows on the sea. A nice rooftop lounge.

Some steps need to climb in order to get to the apartment, so make sure you hire a porter or keep your luggage handy.

Just like one step away from the sea, the view from the apartment is just so amazing. Close to the shopping area, and there are many restaurants nearby, very convenient location.

Our room felt a little dark and stuffy as it was inward facing. The pedestal fan was a welcome addition as there was no air conditioning or ceiling fans.

Jack's suites and apartments are in a central location inside the walls of the old city. This old building has been beautifully renovated with a quirky modern stye that works so well. Our room had a loft with 2 single beds, which was perfect for a family. The delightful rooftop terrace had gorgeous views out to the ocean and towards the port. Breakfast was delicious and served on the terrace, which was a great start to the day. There was a kitchen available to guests, Access to the clothes line on the terrace was excellent as we had wetsuits, towels etc to dry

Wifi is slow and intermitent, not reliable.

The apartment is really beautiful, with direct views on the sea, tasteful decoration and a sort of riad atmosphere. Location cannot be better, right next to the city walls facing the sea, and steps away from the main square that opens to the medina. Bed linen and towels are first class, same as warm water and noise isolation.
