The location is somehow hard to find as the only indication to the camp is a big cartel "we camp" which is the last words of the insertion on booking, so we had some kind of confusion getting there The street to get there is awful, but I think you can imagine that as agafay is in the desert so you could not expect to have a highweay to get there Dinner and lunch was very expensive if you compare food price in Marrakech, but again it was expected due to the fact thar you're in the desert Very disappointed that the structure didn't took the cash from booking reservation and it was not possible to pay by card, cash only, just not acceptable also given the kind of structure you're visiting

The scenery was very impactful, the tent and everything else was a very different but appreciated accomodation. All the comforts are present, swimming pool, lunch, dinner location, but also other services like quad or camel riding The structure is very clean and breakfast was ok, not the best we had Lunch was very good, I think they can work to make dinner better, but it was good Bed were good, silence is number one word during the night so it was a very pleasant stay

Disclaimer : we paid 190 euros for accom and 120 euros for transfer as arranged by the hotel. They waived 140 euros for dinner and camel rides for the “inconvenience caused” below. There was a private group party that was being hosted the night we stayed. We had imagined being able to sit under the stars, with a fire as usual with glamping set ups but alas. It felt like we were staying in a night club as the party continued until 1am when I had to personally go and create a scene. There was nothing to do after dinner (eg. camp fire or any night entertainment etc) so we retired to our room and struggled to relax to the blaringly loud sound of early 2000’s RnB. We couldn’t even sit outside on the our deck as the music was even louder there. One should ask if they are hosting a group before confirming a booking at this property as the needs of those outside the group will be overlooked totally. Given there is no internet, we couldn’t watch anything to drown out the sound either. The next day the manager apologised profusely and squarely laid the blame on the DJ which is laughable as the equipment might’ve been the DJ’s but the hotel could’ve chosen to unplug this if he really wasn’t listening to them about the finish time (I doubt this was the case). If the property was hosting a private party, they should have closed off the site to other reservations as we didn’t come all this way for a Moroccan desert experience to sit in our rooms and struggle to even sleep. So much time and effort was made to get to this property and it was such a waste. We were offered another room when we raised the issue at midnight but this issue should’ve been foreseen. Staff is great but this situation needed to be managed better especially at this price point. Felt like we paid 300 euros sit outside a club in Ibiza. There were zero Moroccan vibes at this camp other than the cous cous at dinner and mint tea.

The wait staff as well as reception are lovely and hard working.

I loved everything! I didn't want to leave.

Everything was fantastic! The location , the view , the pool are amazing! Excellent food, attentive service and fun evening music. Loved the fire outside at the night. The rooms are also cozy and what makes this property exceptional is the staff and their kindness Youssef and Everyone goes far and beyond expectations.
