In many of the Kasbah's like this one the hot water takes a while to come through as it's woodfired! Not a problem if you know to expect it.

Great breakfast, pancakes and french pastries, orange juice, coffee. Wonderful hosts, great meals. 15min drive to the gorge. The balcony view is one of my great holiday memories.

The location is beautiful and so is the kasbah. Owner is very kind and helpful. Both dinner and breakfast were amazing and delicious. We had a great time.

This was a hidden gem of hotel. Value for money and simply perfect - it’s basic but you don’t need much when the scenery is so wonderful. Have dinner on the terrace and watch the bats and stars come out!

TBH, nothing in particular, I would definitely recommend this place.

Miloud was a nice host, always smiling and made sure we had a nice stay in the kasbah. Kasbah Ounilla is very quite place with a nice terrasse, the meals are super tasty and wonderful, my European friends appreciate the moroccan kitchen very much via Miloud's meals.

Place looked a little tired compared to other places we stayed.

This stay was good value for money, host was hospitable and we had a great Morrocon soup when we arrived after 9pm so quote late. The room is basic but authentic. It was off season so things may not have been spruced up so place could do with a refresh. Hospitality was great and breakfast was good

The property was in a Superb location - suited for a calm and relaxing holiday, surrounded by trees and Mountain View’s. Friendly neighbourhood, and it’s on the main road too, with secure parking facility The manager Miloud in the property was very courteous and helpful. Helped with planning local visits too

Bad odour from the toilet/ shower. Had to keep the door shut. Dinner portions were small.

Very Nice and friendly receptionist. We had problems with the car, and he lent us his car for the early morning drive to Ait Ben Haddon. Good dinner.

Miloud and Ibrahim are excellent hosts. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, as is the style of the region. Even though we arrived late, we were offered to order a meal, which we badly needed. The next morning, breakfast was served to our liking. Ibrahim suggested we visit the Ksar in Telouet, which we did and we are grateful for the suggestion.

Kasbah Ounila is an excellent accommodation near Ait Benhaddou. The owner and staff were really wonderful, helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful. There was a large patio with stunning views right in front of our room. We ate breakfast on this patio. Food was excellent. The gardens near the house are lovely and fun to walk through. Overall, we had an excellent stay at this kasbah while visiting the area. Highly recommended!

It was more like a 10 minute drive from Ait Ben Haddou

Great place, but a little less than what we thought it would look like from the pictures. It is a great value for what is offered. Breakfast was just bread and we had to pay extra for an omlet. The staff and service was incredible.

We rented 3 rooms, in each of them was extreme smell of sewer. We could not sleep because of the smell, the shower was even worse. Do not recommend to anyone.
