Concierge give us a not functioning Air conditioning 5 times the air con technicians came to check and repair something But it's not I've came for... I went there for a proper Holiday off I believe they knew something wrong with that room... Ive eventually requested a change room and they help me to make that change.but again I don't want this kind of hassle during my days off work.

The service by the pool was very slow and the food was average. The food at breakfast although a huge selection wasn't amazing. This is a 5 star in amenities but not really in service or quality of food.

Lovely big room and bed, very hot powerful shower. Our room overlooked the pool and had a nice terrace. Free shuttle into the Medina was very helpful. The pool was large and lots of sunloungers around it. We had a good rate and for that price we had a lovely big room and pool to spend time around.

The room was near the road which was very noisy so I had to sleep with earplugs. We also asked to check in early several times, but they did not acknowledge this request. Whilst there is a spa, you only have free access to the indoor pool which was not very warm (you have to pay to use the sauna). It would also be good if the free shuttle ran more frequently and there was a later pick up as at the moment the last pick up time from the centre is 6:15pm.

Lovely pool area and plenty of sunbeds. Nice breakfast and the free shuttle to the centre is very good. Spacious room and bathroom. The price you pay is more for the pool and garden area. At the moment the shuttle times to the centre are 10am, 12pm, 3pm, 5pm and 6pm. The pick up times from the centre at 10:15am, 12:15pm, 3:15pm, 5:15pm and 6:15pm.

Better prepare room for arrival = plug socket coming out of the wall, toilet dripped and shower could have been cleaner.

Some of the reception staff need more training. I waited for 2 hours to checkin because the person in charge with online reservations had a day off and had no replacement. I wanted to modify my booking (start one day early, leave ove day early), but apparently on weekends they don't care to respond to requests. The staff pretty much waited for me to leave instead of solving my request. Because I paid through booking.com they considered that it's not their problem. Overall, the hotel has seen better days, the shower was leaking and the furniture was a bit run down, but still clean. Pillows are extra hard (pillow covers are too small) and the beds creak on every move. The neighbourhood looks half deserted, so there is almost nothing to do in the area.

The resort is nicely decorated and has 2 pools, the smaller one being heated. It's quiet and peaceful, being about 4 Km away from the Medina. Although far away from the old town there is a free shuttle bus and also a small mall close by. The rooms are really big and also have a terrace/balcony. Breakfast is really good compared to other hotels.

Staff needs more training - while some were really attentive and helpful, it felt like alot of them didn’t want to be there. The gym is run down and needs air con. The all inclusive package is misleading and felt like anything extra - (e.g. access to spa) you needed to pay. One morning we needed an iron and they said it would be an extra charge.

Loved the tranquility. A lot of places to relax and be in nature. It was also a good location - close to airport and medina but far enough to escape the hustle

The Wi-Fi could be better, if I went out and wanted to work from here I feel the connection wouldn’t be good enough.

Honestly feel like a few of the reviews here are unfair. For the price you pay I thought it was a great stay. Staff are lovely, rooms are big. Food and variety at the restaurants is good and well priced. Obviously you’re further out from town but it’s nice to be away from the chaos and the hotel offer a free shuttle every couple of hours into town which takes 10 mins. Pool is lovely and the pool bar has some good food options.

When we first arrived, we arrived after the allocated check in time but had to sit and wait for over 45 minutes in the lobby as our room wasn't ready. We didn't receive any apology or explanation for why we were waiting until we got up to ask why were waiting so long. We also had to contact reception on 4 different occasions on the phone and in person to have someone finally come and fix the doors in our room as they wouldn't lock. We were told we couldn't change room as all the doors were the same with this problem. On another occasion we were told not to worry about it as its very safe and there is cctv and security, however we are not willing to stay in a hotel room where the patio doors don't lock. We wasted a lot of time trying to sort this problem. The spa does not appear very clean.

Beautiful hotel and gardens, peaceful location, big sized room, lovely outside pools, free shuttle bus to town (however it gets full quickly). Overall, a really nice hotel.

- The staff is not upto the mark. We were 3 people in each suite and they only gave us 2 towels. When I asked for an extra towel they said they will have to charge us. it took me 3 separate phone calls to explain that they gave us 1 towel short and yet after waiting 45 mins we did not get it. In the end I had to go to the reception to escalate it to get my towels. - We had a drainage issue in one of the suites with water overflowing and coming into the bathroom. When I showed this to houekeeping guy who came to hand over the towels he said he'll be right back but never came back. I used the bath mat to get rid of the water myself - We had coffee sachets in the room but no creamer. When we asked for creamer we were told it will be charged. I found this completely strange and a bit nonsensical that we are going to be charged for creamer. In the end we ordered a cup of milk as we couldnt do without milk for our coffee. - They have an indoor heated pool but its only allowed from 9 AM to 11 AM for kids which was very strange. I dont understand why kids couldnt get access to that pool all day long.

- We were upgraded to a suite so that was nice. Lots of sunlight in the room with large balconies and interconnecting rooms. - We went for a hammam which was wonderful - the restaurants served some pretty decent food which was also reasonably priced - The outdoor pool was cold but they did have a smaller warmer pool for the kids which they enjoyed

Nothing particularly, I was very pleased with the staffs & the hotel 💯

-The room was huge, clean, stylish with excellent service/ staffs. -The garden is beautiful 🤩. -Breakfast was great & fresh, with a lot of varieties ( the best was the freshly Moroccan “M’semen” pancakes 🥞 and the Moroccan “Sfenj” doughnut ). -Only 10mins from the airport. -Staffs were so welcoming and nice 👌🏼.

Towel deposit of 60 euros and when we checked out the machine did not work to transfer it back. The rest was super fine

The stuff of the hotel restaurant is not friendly at all! We had all inclusive and the stuff in the hotel restaurant wanted tips for they job. On the third day we didn’t got the drinks, a fork and napkins. For the “all inclusive” is that unacceptable! Cleanness of the tables in the restaurant is also not good. charging of towels on the pool!! Keycards for the room didn’t work a lot so we had to go couple of times to the reception to change it (saw that other people had the same problem).

The hotel is very nice, lots of space in the room, big pool, very good food and drinks. It is very impressive from the outside and the inside. The garden is amazing!

We stayed in one of the riads with garden view. The toilet had an intolerable awful smell like sewage two days after we checked in. We informed the front desk , they move us to one of the Suites. We found a big cockroach in the room and some ants in the bathroom.

The facility is great from the outside and the inside. The pool area is very nice . The whole area by the pool and the garden is well taken care of and great for relaxation. The breakfast room is also very clean. Breakfast is buffet and lots of choices even though is the same everyday. We stayed in one of the rooms overlooking the garden. The room is very big. The mattress is too firm for our comfort.
