Wifi was really bad. Overpriced in my opinion. Only booked here because my usual spot in the area was full.

I asked for something specific, and they really remembered and made sure to make it happen, Very nice. Little oasis in the area. Breakfast was the best I've had in this area. Pool and public area was comfortable and fun.

Our room was pretty close to the mosque, so multiple times during the night we were woken up The hotel couldn't provide us with any trekking routes.

The location and the hotel are absolutely beautiful! Had great food here and loved cooling down in the swimming pool. The room was nice and cool.

We would have liked to know more about the activities available in the area. Also the spa has been closed for two years, which we were unaware of until we arrived.

The views of the atlas mountains are stunning and the property itself is beautiful and well maintained. Service from Mohammed was excellent! For the first two nights, it felt like we had the place to ourselves which was lovely.

I had an amazing stay , beautiful hotel with serene surroundings and beautiful landscapes , provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff was incredibly hospitable and attentive to our needs , and special thanks to Fouzia for her great help. Ouirgane is a fantastic location off the beaten track. No hassle from locals here, just very friendly service with fantastic views. Helped us organise a brilliant hike of local area. Boulles and Padel on site. Area has recently been hit by earthquake so damage is visible great to visit and help the area recover

Very hard bed and decor not super nice in the room. Common area in the main building is very dark and cold. Food is decent. Nothing to do in the area and if you’re planning to visit the national park/Imlil I wouldn’t stay here unless you have a car.

The outdoor/pool area is nice. Indoor is very cold during winter months and generally feels very abandoned.

Ksar Sharma is situated in a fantastically beautiful location, surrounded by the stunning Atlas Mountains, and just over an hour’s drive from Marrakesh Airport. We spent three nights at this wonderful hotel and cannot rate it highly enough. From the moment of our arrival, we were greeted warmly by Fouzia and throughout our stay experienced only the highest standard of service, always warm and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in one of the suites and the accommodation was perfect with views to the olive trees outside and the mountains beyond. Even if it was chilly outside, there were heaters and extra blankets for the bed in our accommodation to ensure we were never cold. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner each day at the hotel and the service and quality of food could not be faulted. Both Mohamed and Jalil were always extremely helpful and friendly. Overall, we had a fantastic and memorable stay at Ksar Sharma and would highly recommend this hotel for the fantastic location, as well as the warmth, friendliness and quality of service. We definitely plan to return.
