Definitely prefer a traditional Moroccan breakfast and not a buffet. But, the buffet was good!

A classic Riad in a remote location with great views from the terraces. Staff, particularly, Hamid, were brilliant. Restaurant was great. It’s a perfect quiet escape place. Ideal for relaxation with a book. I had a massage which was also superb and a great price. If you like traditional, a great choice.

Unavoidable but ...public spaces are cold and very hard to warm up. Par for the course in the desert winter....Location not ideal, need a car or taxi to get to the more lively parts of town so stay in and enjoy the spa

Very nice place, super attentive staff, willing to do anything to make our stay comfortable. Spacious rooms with big bathroom and separate toilet. Offer massages which we enjoyed immensely. Wide open public spaces, dining room and separate breakfast room. Dining room (good food) had working fireplace, nice touch..

Some more relaxing outdoor furniture would been nice (outdoor bed or outdoor sofa types things).

Simply amazing staff - super accomodating and friendly. They really made the stay special. The rooms and facilities were nice and the pool was excellent (one of the nicest surroundings of greenery we stayed at in the 5 places we stayed in Morocco).

During breakfast time maybe put a cover on the food to prevent flies from sitting on it and to keep it fresh. Other than that it was perfect.

The Riad was breathtaking and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. A special thanks to Mouhcine and Hamid for making Nuh feel very special and comfortable.

overall the place is amazing, beautifully decorated, the breakfast and dinner was great. the location is surprising, the neighborhood (old Médina) is very broken and the riad is beautiful. it is far from the city.

Not much clothes storage space in the bedroom. A noisy ventilator in the bathroom that was on permanently through the night.

An oasis of calm with gorgeous decor. The food was excellent and the staff very kind and attentive. There were lovely views from our bedroom and the terraces. You could walk into the Palmeraie directly from the Riad.

This Riad was an unexpected surprise. It is a beautiful Riad, very nice and tastefully decorated, with a lovely patio and swimming pool, and a stunning view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome right away. We had dinner elsewhere, so I can't commend on that, but breakfast was very good, with the fresh fruits and the pastry. Loved it. If we would ever pass through Ouarzazate again, InsAllah, this would definitely be the place we would book again.
