Really wanted to go for a swim in the lovely pool but it was too cold and very windy of course not the fault of the hotel 😉

We arrived quite late at night but Mohammed at the reception welcomed us with a big smile and we felt right at home he even made maroccan tea for us without hesitation. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast the next day and really loved the tasteful design and Deco of the place. We were welcomed by the lovely Samira and Hasseina ( I hope I spelled the name right) . They made sure we had everything we wished for 😊. The hotel is only 7 km from Essaouira so nice to be a bit outside the city as we just came from the hectic Marrakech. We had the triple room downstairs which was very nice, good size, clean and comfy bed, a lot of pillows and a cozy private terrace outside. We enjoyed a lovely dinner at the restaurant in the evening and met the owner ☺ This was my favorite hotel on my Maroccan trip Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!! Villa Nour is a litle gem. When we first arrived we thought it looked a little tired from the roadside however once you go through the gates it is a little oasis of calm. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the onsite restaurant is excellent. The small pool is relaxing and there is petanque. The drive to Essaouira takes less than 10 minutes and is straight down the road.

My wife and I spent a wonderful time at villa Nour. Great staff, everybody is very welcoming, helpful and cheerful. The food was really delicious. We enjoyed the tranquility and exquisity of that place. I highly recommand it and will defenitly come back !

Villa Nour is exceptional! We can't thank the Villa Nour employees enough for their kindness and hospitality. The rooms are so clean with a modern and authentic oriental decoration that reminds you of the city of Essaouira. The food was amazing and delicious, the signature burger is one of the best burgers I've ever had. Thank you for treating my friend with a disability with such kindness and making her stay so enjoyable. Special thanks to Nounou and Ibtissam, they were amazing! Thank you for the wonderful stay. The hotel is right next to a frequented street, which makes it a little less relaxed. The rooms are smaller and the hotel is not as cosy as the pictures suggest.

The staf were really friendly and spoke English. There is a beautiful garden with a pool around the Villa. We enjoyed the breakfest with great cafe late.

this place is superb !!! after 12 days of travelling through Morocco, we had the pleasure of staying here and step off the gas pedale. Everything is so nicely decorated! the rooms are perfect! the best bed i slept in! gorgeous and modern bathroom! they have a restaurant with Moroccan and international cuisine ! ate there twice and was very good!! everyone from the staff was very friendly! swimming pool and sunbeds are very good. garden is so nice. also close to Essaouira and sidi kaouki ! in fact it was so nice that we decided to stay 2 more days !

I know A/C isn’t required in essaouira as it’s windy and cooler but the room did get really hot and stuffy, we struggled with that at night. An electric fan would be great to have on offer for the summer nights.

Villa Nour is stunning, the way it’s been decorated is airy, fresh and modern. the staff were super helpful (especially as we don’t speak French). Food is really delicious - some of the best we had in essaouira.

It is a wonderful location, everything nicely decorated!! Highly recommended also for families with young kids! The restaurant offers a variety of delicious meals with a french touch - the best restaurant we have been in Morocco!!

Despite receiving a confirmation for my reservation, upon arrival, I was informed that the room I had booked was no longer unavailable!! After traveling for nearly four hours, this news was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. To make matters worse, the owner showed a complete lack of empathy or accountability, failing to offer even a simple apology for the inconvenience caused. The overall experience was negative. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable place to stay.
