Requires a bit of an update. The door to our room would not pass fire safety regulations, gab all down the side and the bottom.

Very clean. Food was excellent. The beach is only across the road.

Noisy children. But this soon to be resolved as hotel is going Adult friendly. Breakfast great but no variation from day to day.

A small shop would have been good (although next door there is one)..and a kettle to make tea / coffee in the room would have been perfect.

The hotel is great & excellent value for money..the buffet breakfast wonderful...however the icing on the cake were the staff..Every time I came down into reception or returned from a trip outside..I was welcomed every time like a VIP / member of the family. Reception / Restaurant / Room Cleaning Service...impeccable.

We loved the warm welcome we got by the reception staff. Mr Ypuseef was really professional and happy to answer any questions we had. We booked all our tours through him. Hamza and the ladies on reception were brilliant. Abdul always offering his tea and cake so lovely and welcoming too. The cleaning staff were great especially Ayesha. She was always on hand for extra towels or hairdryer.

Cleanliness , limited breakfast options and loud music coming from the bar, our room was just above the pool.

On arrival, the smelt really dusty but staff were quick in cleaning and providing air fresheners. And it was a wonderful stay from there on. However, it'll have also been better with modernisation of facilities in the room.

Hotel is close to Beach, though we had little time to explore the beach. There were really amazing restaurants around. Staff were really supportive with helping to book rides to and from attractions sites. Was also helpful in booking a pickup from Marrakech airport to Agadir. Daily cleaning was really helpful

Cleanliness is not at its best , and the furniture in the room are old and worn out

Location is good , just 5 min to the beach, there is little shop in front of the hotel and two restaurants including the restorant and bar in the hotel , ATM nearby as well

break fast could have had more imagination, you could only have 1 glass of orange juice which was put on your table which i found a bit strange, seemed to clear pots off the table very quickly felt a bit rushed at times, i booked an early morning call from reception so i could get up for my flight, they forgot to call me

- only one pool - outside, even though they provide info on their side that there is only one - the bathroom details could have been cleaned better (between the tiles, the changing room/showers for swimming pool etc.), but in general it was clean (toilet, sheets). - the ham served for breakfast was not eatable - the hotel restaurant is rather expensive, but you can check the menu yourself - the standard looks not exactly like on the photos (the furniure and colours of the room are the same but I mean quality), in some places this hotel looks very luxurious - reception, but in details in the room it seems the run out of time/money to finish it properly (e.g. doors painting is a disaster, some holes in walls left), it's acceptable, but with the special price only.

- 5 min walk o the beach and some restaurants - big rooms - comfortable bed, sofa, fridge, small desk, etc. - the receptionists are very helpful if you have any questions, they also printed our boarding passes, they speak both French and English - very good coffee for breakfast, good variety of choice for breakfast (both international and Moroccan food) - quiet area, no great noises while sleeping - wifi worked well - they were asking every day if you need cleaning and new towels - free parking in front of the hotel - situated in new district of Agadir - in general it's a good hotel, but not luxurious as the photos may suggest

They should polish up a bit the rooms, very warn and old looking. Furniture bit dirty , some remodel really needed!

Loud music from hotel next door. 9 nights but no clean sheets on bed. Building work around pool area that there was no prior warning about. Could have just informed guests that it was happening. Breakfast food a bit repetitive.

Fantastic helpful staff. Great location. Very good breakfast served till a really good time. No eight o'clock dash. Comfy room.
