    Nothing.

The host lady was extremely kind and helpful and genuinely friendly. The entire Riad is extremely clean. Very good size room with very good bed. The breakfast is very good. The location of the Riad is excellent as it is at walking distance from the Cité Portugaise and the fisherman's port. Excellent value for money.

There is no outer key to the premises so guests always need to ring the doorbell to regain access.

I had planned to stay three days but due to an injury with my back, I became immobile, required medical attention and needed to extend my stay by an extra three days to recover. The staff, especially Asmaa, were so attentive with helping to bring me back to health, by serving meals to my room and upgrading me to a larger room at no extra cost.

Asma is the best hotel manager I’ve ever met. She is very professional and helpful, she took care of everything, I needed. Taxi to and from exhibition centre, excellent breakfast with msemem, wonderful moroccan tea.

The common areas could do with a bit of redecorating …

The staff and room were great!

See above. If I owned the place I would, position it for yoga retreats in the winter, which is clearly the downtime for this location. But the downstairs rooms would need renovating to include wood floors. We were also not aware that the cisterns have been closed since May, these are probably 5e best reason to go to El Jadida...so we didn’t have much to do.

The spa facilities were not open, disappointing, but the charge for the room stayed as if they were. Although S Asama and the other lovely woman were very nice and did a great job, the Internet was terrible, the noise from the street quite loud, the light coming into the room at night was too much ( no window coverings). The interior architecture is very nice but the artwork terrible, clashing with the clean austerity of the environment. I think if you are going to build a Brand, see it through all the way, don’t mess it up with a mishmash of art. We tried to do yoga every morning, which we habitually do, but only had some dodgy carpets as yoga mats- I would think a spa would have yoga mats. The breakfasts were fine and as mentioned the women working there great...but I think the owners need to evolve a bit...DVDs....? Really? The television had a couple of news channels and some kids’ programming. Luckily we brought our own iPad and have Netflix.
