I must admit that the hotel has some areas that could benefit from significant improvement. Here is my honest review: The elevator required attention. The elevator felt old and outdated, causing concern about its reliability and safety. Upgrading the elevator would not only reassure guests but also provide a more comfortable and convenient experience. Now, onto the breakfast. I must confess, it was underwhelming. The options were extremely limited and lacked variety. The offerings were basic, leaving much to be desired. A wider selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot food choices would greatly improve the breakfast experience for guests. A little more creativity and effort in presentation could make all the difference. Despite these drawbacks, I must mention that I did find a few positives during my stay. The staff members were polite and helpful, providing satisfactory service whenever I needed assistance. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options. In conclusion, while this hotel has potential, it currently falls short in some critical areas. A renovation of the exterior and elevator, along with an overhaul of the breakfast options, would significantly enhance the guest experience. With these improvements, this hotel could truly shine and provide a more enjoyable stay for its guests.

The location was amazing, close to everything . The bed is very comfortable and huge . I slept well. The cleaning stuff is so amazing and nice .

Hotel room was so noisy from the street cars hardly slept. Staff were unhelpful and nosy. I asked for a Taxi that never arrived. had to find my own way.

Having been excited to stay at this beautiful property, it was very disappointing to find it is badly managed with poor service levels. We had booked 2 rooms/ suites. Reception Desk were not aware of our booking. We waited over an hour for our rooms to be prepared. A confused Receptionist called late evening to check again which rooms we were in?? Extremely loud disco music and a singer who was singing badly out of tune in the evening disturbed our rest. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 10.30am, but the buffet had already been cleared. Zenab was most unhelpful , and we did not get our breakfast. The Manager needs to review the operational management of the hotel. It is such a shame because the hotel is beautful and in a good location. We hope this review will be taken constructively to help to improve your customer service experience.

LITTLE note on the check-out. Common for properties to offer their own currency exchange. This is a service and it comes with a charge, thus I would recommend to ask the customer explicitly before typing it on the POS. Else, it gives the wrong impression

We liked our room and hotel as a whole. Only downside was noise from the front porch but hotel gave enough notice of the event. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Waiters and attendants all nice and attentive.

the breakfast was the worst breakfast i have ever seen in a hotel ! the simplest thing is not there. no varieties at all ..the only thing i was eating is egg ! this should be 5 star hotel but the breakfast for 2 star hotel !

No food available at 10:30. The next morning we were told that could have had take out, but this was not offered to us when I asked about eating. Luckily I had some crackers in my luggage.

We arrived at 10:30 pm from Senegal, but the restaurant was closing so we were not able to eat a dinner. This was quite a disappointment. The breakfast was very nice and expansive.

The hotel was in a good area where you can walk to some nearby cafés and restaurants and in about 30 minutes you can be at the Corniche. The room was a good size and was a short walk to the lifts and some fruits, dates and nuts were brought up shortly after check in. The pool and restaurants looked nice but we didn’t have time to enjoy the hotel to the fullest as we had an early flight to catch.

The staff were not very helpful and we requested for a late check out they failed to accommodate our request even though we have booked for their most expensive suite paying 400 euros/night, they refused to give us a few hours complimentary late check out.

It is difficult running a hotel during covid and a 9p curfew. But they were exemplary.

stayed nine nights in august...excellent and attentive staff esp Mounier and Boutaina... beautiful art deco old world hotel... lovely terrace for cocktails and music, very lively. ....the breakfast bueffet on the terrace was the jewel of my day... also on my second stay, they REMEMBERED I need 2 blankets in my room. and the breakfast man REMEMBERED I like pot of coffee with hot milk.This hotel is an oasis in the city, easy to walk city center but also to beach and plush suburbs of anfa and ain dab

my room was near dining terrace and the cleanup kept me awake several nights.

beds were like sleeping in a cloud. very efficient and polI te staff. enchanting terrace for morning breakfast buffet. good buffet and plenty of greens, very impt for me! spotless pool. fantastic dj most nights and loved dancing up a storm. plenty of hand sanitizer. clarins amenities. operable french doors for fresh air!!! delish cookies n cake at breakfast
