As the hotel is outside of Marrakech so you need a taxi to travel in and out if the city, there is no other alternative

The Palais Averroes is a beautiful place, my friend and I enjoyed it thoroughly, the staff were very friendly, accommodating and very helpful, a special thank you to Sara in reception. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Breakfast in the mornings was delicious The location was quiet and outside the chaos of the city. I would definitely stay there again!

It's outside of the city so no pollution. Not so far from the center (usually 15 min by car, depends on the traffic). Very welcoming staff and great chef. Peaceful and romantic place. Nice to have a dinner on rooftop in the evening.

The “shuttle” is just a taxi. I thought it was a private company, but I’d say you can just ask for a cab and pay the cab driver directly. It should be around 100 dirham to the airport, as that was the amount I paid when I hailed a cab from the airport to the hotel. The hotel charged me 250 dirham.

A home from home stay at the Le Palais Averroes. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. I am an animal lover and we met the queen of the Le Palais a cat called Minnie. She was so friendly and it was an absolute joy to spend some time with such a clever cat. The rooms were very clean and breakfast was lovely. It was a very relaxing stay and myself and my partner feel very refreshed and well rested after our stay. Thank you to all the staff :)

Staff is amazing! Super friendly & attentive. Sarah is exceptional and communication with her before my arrival has been great (in English). Hamza the driver does not speak much English, but is super nice & funny and we managed to communicate with gestures and with the help of our mobile phones :) I do not remember the names of other members of staff, but all were very attentive, friendly and welcoming - which in my experience is not always the case for a female solo traveler. Room is spacious, clean, quiet, and nicely decorated. Comfy bed. Table & Chairs right in front of the room with garden views. Beautiful garden & pool area to relax. Breakfast is amazing! Felt like they were serving for 2, but it was only for me. I really enjoyed the dinner, which was also delicious, fresh and beautifully presented. Location: There is nothing around in walking distance. It is a perfectly quiet oasis outside of the buzzing city center. Transfer to the city center is 100 dirham (return included) and takes about 15 mins. Airport transfer is 200 dirham and about 15 - 20 mins.

Breakfast is a 10/10, amazing and very tasty. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was beautiful and cosy. We really enjoyed our stay; would definitely recommend and go again. Such a peaceful place.

Pool was freezing, not hotels fault as it does not state it’s a heated pool. Language barrier was an issue at times when ordering food, but we all worked round it, and even if it was not exactly what we requested, it didn’t really matter as it was always delicious. (Language barrier is our problem, we’re guests in there country, it’s on us to learn a little of there language). When they tell you to pre order you definitely should as it can take a while if you don’t and some items not always available, and service can be a bit slow. (Not a complaint just a recommendation, as everything is cooked to perfection and fresh it is obviously going to cause issues when you don’t pre order).

We had an amazing time! The rooms were so beautiful yet super comfortable with the right balance between modernity and tradition (Nespresso machine, high end TV,..). I personally loved the pool, with a beautiful underwater lighting, perfect temperature and a relaxing music in the background. Breakfast was delicious and generous (I recommend the "Beldi"). I noticed that a brand new restaurant and SPA was about to be opened, we had the chance to taste and try their future menu. The Chef was so friendly! Soukaina was amazing as well and always there to know if everything was fine with our stay! Highly recommend it to any people, couple or group of friends looking for an outstanding stay in a traditional yet modern Riad. It was perfect for a short trip of few days. We will return for sure!
