A very big and tasty breakfast - lots of options! Very friendly and helpful staff and a lovely room. The pool is small but very refreshing after sunbathing on the terrace. Dinner was exceptional - excellent value for money! The chicken tagine with confit lemon was incredible and I would highly recommend.

To get there you have to walk on little streets a bit tricky.

Everything was excellent

Ahmed was an excellent host, went the extra mile to make us part of his home. A lot of services to offer at a good price. Very well located. You can have a hamam and massage after a day in the hectic streets of Marrakesh and then relax with a tea by the lovely pool. I recommended it 100%.

The pillows were quite old and hard. Towels were not soft either. The shower head did not dispense water uniformly and water pooled on the floor if taking a longer shower. The toilet seat was broken. The bedroom smelled a bit of humidity, which gave me allergies (apparently this is common in riads in the Medina). The breakfast (though tasty) is carb-based, with no consistent options of fruit or protein. Female guests traveling alone are made to feel safe and cared for, but might be expected to chat to staff more than they're willing to.

Nicely decorated riad with helpful staff, very well located, with extra services available (tours, meals, spa). Small pool on the ground floor and sun terrace on the top floor.

If you are coming to Marrakech and want to stay in a riad, you are at the right place. Ahmad and Mohammed are excellent people. Since I stated that I had to leave at 7 am, they got up early in the morning and still prepared breakfast for me, and it was the best breakfast in Marrakech I've ever seen. Pancakes, Pastries, Chocolate Cakes, Jams Butter, Freshly Squeezed Orange Juices, Teas, Coffees, in short, everything was perfect. The room was very clean. The helpfulness of the staff was great. They explained the places I could go and visit one by one, gave maps and marked them. I think if you still have a thought about where to stay, put it aside and make your reservation.

The hosts - Ahmed, Mohammed, and Nadine are so welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are clean and tidy and the breakfast was tasty too! We also enjoyed the Hammam and Massage experience during our stay. I highly recommend you consider this lovely Riad on your trip to Marrakesh!

It’s a plus and minus. The hotel is in middle of medina and if it’s the first time in Marrakesh or Morocco, might be confusing to find a place. You have to use the hotel’s transfer service to be sure to get there without confusions. I used another service and got lost around 11pm.

The riad is really beautiful and calming. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I had a great experience.

The only complaint i have is the entrance.to the room which is quite small and it was bit difficult to get in with my big backpack on my back. But thats not a problem at all if you take it off 😁

The accomedation was very nice. It had a pool, excellent breakfast and a very sweet host. The location for us was wonderful, since we wanted to be near medina and its market places. Breakfast was abundant, we didnt feel hungry until late evening. The bathroom provided ear cleaning sticks and makeup down cotton wool as well! Ambient is really nice, after a long day of walking in medina, we could rest a bit in the pool:)

The bed could have been a bit softer and the Airco wasn't always working but they were replacing it on the day we checked out. So that should be OK now.

the people in the Hotel were very nice. great Roof terrasse and very good breakfast. Also it was great to have the small pool. the location was great as its in the middle of the city and all the thing van be reached by foot. We can really recommend the place if you want to visit Marrakech.

We had a wonderful stay – Les Jardins Mandaline feels cosy and homely, it is clean and the staff are wonderful. The concierge, Ahmed, welcomed us warmly and helped make our stay as good as it could have been.

Some of the flooring had loose tiles, it might be helpful to get the floor tiles fixed in some of the common areas to keep people from tripping or falling.

We were greeted later than we had hoped because of our trip back from the Sahara. Our host was pleasant and helped us get organized to our room. He ordered a taxi service for us to the airport for the next morning and provided us with breakfast first thing. We enjoyed our stay at this Riad and would recommend it to others.
