Very nice place with pool.area 10min away from Ait Ben Haddou, the food is very good and the rooms are big and clean. Very good value for money, can clearly recommend to stay there.

Best children's swimming pool. Big clean room clean bathroom comfy beds. Near the pool are covered patios with sofas and coffee tables for those who don't want to swim. This is where we had big couscous tajine. Temperature was 40c kids was in pool morning then after lunch back in pool. Breakfast freshly made 3 different types of Moroccan bread with butter, cheese, jams, honey, boiled eggs, coffee, orange juice in big patio. Staff and owners very friendly and helpful never said No. Safe secure parking. You can see in the distance 1000 meters away 24 hours Police check point makes this place very safe. This Motel is about 25 mins drive from town centre but I hired a car from airport so easy to drive here quite town with big wide roads. See the stars here at night just amazing. We can back from town centre after midnight because kids loved the disco cars This is my 2nd time to Ouarzazate and 17th trip to Morocco will stay here again.

Naima and Pascale were the loveliest hosts. The hotel had a family feel and they were all so welcoming. The food was amazing and the owners made sure that even our fussy eater was fed. We had such a nice stay and felt safe.

There were a lot of flies in the room when we got there, but this was resolved promptly by the hosts by providing a spray and plug-in for the room.

Located close to Ouarzazate , in the middle between Skoura and Marrakech. We booked the Riad for visiting Ait Ben Haddou. It's very good located. Rooms are great, enjoyable hot shower. Very refreshing swimming pool. Eventhough locdated next to a busy road, it's a very calm Riad.

Nice large room. Outside is a shallow pool. Just for children. Around many relaxing chirs and beds for sunbathing. Very friendly owner and personnel. Dinner and breakfast are fine. The accomodation is worth the money

Breakfast was generous and typical for Morocco and served in a very pleasent dining room. the evening meals prepared by Pascal, Naima and cousins were superb. Very friendly reception in a really good location with superb views north to the Snowy Atlas mountains.

this is the best place I have been by far in Morocco. at this price you can’t beat the service, the charm of the place, the generosity of its hosts and their cooking skills. all you need and more and with a smile. I was gonna stay one night but after a very little time I decided to make it two nights. That s how good this place is...

We were here in December so pool looked wonderful but was too cold. But this was expected.

Very helpful host. We had wonderful Morrocan rose with dinner and bought some for the road on checkout. Wonderful sunrise and well located for Ben Haddou and trip to Atlas studios. Just the one night for us 2 families travelling together Lovely friendly dog 😀

WiFi does not pass in the rooms because the walls are really thick but who cares! We are in the middle of the desert!

This is a really authentic berber experience! Nice decoration, lovely bathroom, big room, big breakfast. Pascal and his wife were really helpful with everything. In December it's cold for a pool, but we did enjoy sitting in the sun in the garden.

The location was just perfect and then the swimming pool added the extra star. The food is the best we tasted in Morocco. Overall the perfect relaxing stay you can have on your trip.

Stayed here based on the positive reviews. Are these fake?! At best this is hostel standard. The location is on the edge of a run down town and is part of a campsite. The photos on booking.com (and elsewhere) are either very old or Photoshopped and don't represent the place at all. The room was infested with cockroaches, with the bathroom being the main area. Each time we turned on the light, hundreds scuttled for cover. The bedroom door was glass with a curtain which led straight outside to wasteland. No privacy and not secure with a gap under each door. The "garden view" was of a motorhome parked right outside the window! Electrical sockets hanging out the wall with cables exposed. The pool was filthy with rubbish floating and again, photos looked nothing like what was there. This was the worst place we have stayed in the last 10 years of travelling. We were booked for 3 nights but managed to leave after the first and to be fair to them they refunded with not much fuss. I complained in the morning after listening to the cockroaches all night and the lady host already seemed aware of their presence in the bathroom. Avoid this place at all costs!

The staff were friendly. Dinner was reasonable with big portions.

The room was quite dusty and there were flies all around. The door to the room is entirely made of glass and privacy is only ensured via a very dusty curtain. The bathroom walls don't go all the way up so it's basically in the middle of the bedroom, with only a curtain instead of a door. The host was quite rude, especially to his staff - he was screaming at the women in front of the guests.

The pool area and the view were quite nice, the women working there were really friendly. Really big portions for dinner and breakfast.
