A loud music started close to mid-night, that lasted until 12.50, made us wake up several times. No towels.

A mind blowing location on the top of a mountain with an exceptional view on the city and other mountains. The suite was spacious and very beautifully decorated with mountainous rocks. Bearkfast was fair. The person in charge of the booking assisted us with all what we want. We will certainly go back.

It was really cold! It was winter, so some sort of small heating would have made a huge difference.. even with a lot of blankets, it was a bit too cold to get in a deep sleep and it was so hard to get in and out of the shower!

The room was pretty, the staff was really friendly, the food was good and the views are amazing!

For Americans, the beds were not as soft as we’re used to and had wished the staff turned down the music a bit in the later night hours.

Stunning location with a stellar view and space to move around. The food was delicious and ample. Our one server was so very attentive and patient. We are grateful for his kindness.

    Nothing

We liked the upgrade of the room they gave us. They gave us this because we followed the location of the property via booking.com but it was not the correct location. We told them after and they will update their profile. The vieuw is amazing. At night and in the day. The restaurant has a lot of options. The food is good. The staff is really friendly.

Likely because we were traveling during Ramadan, the service left a lot to be desired. When we arrived, the iftar buffet was already cold and things were starting to be put away -- but they still invited us to pay the full price for it anyway (we didn't). Their available menu was severely limited and the food took an astronomical amount of time to arrive, so much so that we went into our room and had them bring it to us there (and we still waited ages longer). My chicken tagine was average, while my friend's seafood gratin (a mistake on his part, I admit, to order so far inland) was neither fresh nor delicious; we left most of our dishes uneaten. As for the room, it was huge and the cushions and beds were comfortable enough, but the bathroom was in awful condition (to include having a giant smelly turd floating in the toilet when we arrived, the odor of which never fully left the room) and the shower only produced cold water (when the weather outside was still quite cold!), so shower we did not. Someone also knocked on our door at about 2am to have us pay the room and dining bills, something I'm sure they could have thought about at a more decent hour, like when we arrived or even when they delivered the food to our room. Suffice it to say, we won't be back.

The location is beautiful: gorgeous view of the city, nice dining/seating areas, and overall very pleasing from the outside. The staff were friendly. The food we ate was generally edible.
