Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

DenmarkWhile the pictures align ok with how the flat looks, the indoor climate in the flat is not good. It is cold and moist. No proper heating. The bathroom is not in a very good condition either. The location is quite far from the city center. We had to ask the host to provide us towels as it was not in the flat when we got there.
The flat has the furniture and equipment as shown on the pictures.

RussiaStarting with that it's a bit tricky to find the apartment. It's is in a resedential area and no sign in the street. The french-speaking man in the street offered us to show the way in his car and insisted that we cancel a reservation on booking.com. I refused to do so and went out of the car, because I thought he is someone to cheat on tourists. Lately it turned out that this man is a representative of the owner, so the point was to cheat the booking.com with their commission. While checking in there were only one lady, who speak only Arabian, and pretend that she is not able to read in google.translate. She refused to give a change from 350mad we gave, so finally we were cheated with the payment. The apartment doesn't provide the services specified in the confirmation: no hairdryer, no toiletries - only one bottle (and pretty used) of liquid soap. The bathroom has a broken sink. I had to contact the host to get the hot water in the bathroom, but it was unstable and finished soon. The windows of the property is very thin, so a radiator they gave (only one for the whole apartment, with ability to heat up only to 35 degree Celsius) doesn't provide enough heat. Dishes in the kitchen are dusty and there is a dust in kitchen drawers. Not to mention a used and left coffee in coffee maker((( I don't usually pay much attention to minor problems, but here is all of the stay is very unpleasant.
It's close to CTM station, WiFi is very good, a lot of blankets, early check-in. That's all. The rest is disappointing. I do not recommend this place.
