Gave us a lesser room initially not the suite we paid for then acted as if it was a favour to give us what we paid for No breakfast as staff didnt turn up apparently . All lounges closed . Swimming pool closed due to building work . Bed broken . Dark room as lights switch off by motion deactivation . Saw no other guests and loads of noisy building work going on . Walked past the sleeping security guard one night .Safety deposit box was a fully portable tin box not secured at all . Was clean but everything else was a joke . Wouldnt go near it again much better hotels to chose from in Tangier

Unfortunately is not what you see online . strong smell of Sewages , Dirty carpets . and no toilets doors!!! if u visiting with family is though one 😳. We had 3 rooms and 2 of them didn’t have toilets doors . is shocking for Islamic country not to have door for toilets . literally No doors 🚪 for bathroom or Toilets. I never seen that before and I traveled to many places in the world.

I liked the stuff very lovely people and helpful . they are doing their best to keep you happy 😃.

Any time me or any member of my familly is in tangier; we'll be staying in mandarin palace.

I've already been to this hotel and it was great. So i reserved a room for my sister in law, and she was happy about it, the location is good, the food is great, and the staff are more than friendly. A special thanks to the manager mister mohammed.

What i didn't like about my stay is that; i didn't have more time to spend in tangier. But otherwise every little thing was perfect.

I was really shocked by the way the staff were treating me, i felt so special. I want to give a special thanks to mr hatim and mr abdelali. These guys go above and beyond to give you the best service you can get.

Sheets in the room were dirty, the TV didn't work. There were cigarette burn holes all over the room. At night there was a party in a room near me, the music was so loud that I could hear it in the room. I called about this and was not stopped. There was no hair dryer. The card system was broken, so our room door had to be left open. When I arrived I had to pay extra money for an extra person, so the prices from booking.com are not correct.

Had expensive steak at the restaurant and couldn't eat it from how bad is tasted The pool is crowded lots of people from outside the hotem smoking shisha very loud music Music blasted at an insane volume until 2am everyday The longest delay to get an order next to the pool waited for more than an hour for a burger that I ended up the wrong one Cocktails at the pool are really bad Wifi so slow that I've just used 4g from my phone the whole time

Everything went wrong: 1) The door key system is not working and we stayed without a room key just because they don’t have a technician on duty. 2) Superior deluxe rooms are on the lower floors (1st and 2nd) and the balcony are facing a wall. And they allocate the standard rooms on the higher floors enjoying a better view (doesn’t make sense) 3) Bathroom layout doesn’t suit a hotel room, open concept with an open shower in the middle between the WC and washbasin, the water of the shower goes all over the floor, reaching the bedroom carpet, as everything is open in side the room. 4) as per the hotel information listed on Booking.Com the lunch or dinner buffet cost 20 euro per person, however the restaurant have charged us 38 euro per person without giving us any valid reason. later on I discovered that due to the low occupancy the staff took advantage and overcharge us as he have considered charging us the price of a walk-in-guest instead of charging us the room’s guest prices. simply he cheated us in a cheap way!!! 5) There was two tables occupied by guests with almost empty restaurant beside the staff, and don’t get me wrong but staff should have their meal in a staff canteen as part of the hotel standards, But a hotel with no supervision and no manager on duty could lead to such low standards! 6) playing loud music in the restaurant during Ftour time “iftar meal after fasting during the holy Ramadan” as walking into a night club. 7) one set of towels for a double rooms booked for a couple.

It was one of my worst hotel stay experience, absolute disaster.
