our experience wasn’t without its hiccups. While many of the staff were friendly, a few were unprofessional and used inappropriate language in front of guests, which was off putting. Additionally, we found the prices for services to be quite steep, which did not correspond to the quality provided. Specifically, the breakfast was expensive and disappointing. Despite a wide range of choices, the food simply didn’t meet our expectations. The resort’s security measures felt a bit intrusive, with our car boot being checked regularly. The absence of valet service was inconvenient, especially for a resort of this caliber. Lastly, the reception staff was understaffed leading to long wait times for checking in and out.

Our stay at Marchica Lagoon Resort was a dream come true. The resort is situated on a peaceful peninsula, providing an ideal mix of activities and relaxation with its private beach and pool. The views of the beach were just stunning. We particularly enjoyed our mornings waking up to the sight of the waves, and the quiet sunsets were simply unforgettable. We stayed in a spacious, comfortable room. It was well-designed with soundproof walls which assured peaceful and restful nights. The resort's overall design was elegant yet relaxing, contributing to a wonderful holiday vibe.

The place is fabulous. Really clean, the personnel was very professionnal . Dinner at the restaurant and breakfast were amazing! We also went to the gym, it has every thing for a quick session.

Not lot of facilities nearby. The price for breakfast, lunch and dinner are expensive for a family. The beach was not clean, difficult to swim in.

Beautiful hotel with good facilities and overlooking the lagoon. Very peaceful and relaxing. A great place for a wellness retreat. There is a small private beach area for hotel guests. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean.

They have to pay some attention to little details. The double glass balcony door didn't close properly and we couldn't sleep in the morning because of a bird singing and also there were drunk people in the bar talking loudly. The scal battery is not working. The beach was not ready and open till July. However, it's still exceptional hotel and stay.

The design and architecture is amazing. Nice swimming pool, facilities, Moroccan restaurant, bathroom, room, view. I liked the mixing the Moroccan style and the modern design. Sepcial thanks to Manal in the reception and Ali from concierge.

The security men all around the hotel , make me to feel that I am in military base/ post. Not in a hotel

This is on of the best hotel in Morroco I have been in. The using of the English language and thy do have the menu in the restaurants also in English. They have a good gym and SPA

Restaurants and bars were terrible. The food was average at best but the service was some of the worst I have experienced. The waiters were chaotic and slow, the orders were wrong, items that were not ordered were included on the bill. We waited for over an hour for food and drinks, even water, on a very quiet night. Initially, the response when we complained was to suggest we just ate the wrong order then to say 'next time will be better'. It took 30 minutes or arguing to get the wrong items removed from the bill. It really ruins what could be a nice hotel. The hotel reception service was better. They let us extend our departure without charge.

Nice building with good amenities- pools and tennis courts were very nice. Gym is well equipped and the rooms are very nice - large and nicely furnished.

It's overall a beautiful hotel but small details like not changing your glass in your room for 3 days, bad wifi and a loud noise during the night for a few hours made our stay kind of bad.

The staff needs more training, everybody I met in the hotel was complaining about some staff behavior. We didn't like the breakfast, The service was awful 😫, my room's window was faulty the same for the shower's head, black moisture everywhere in the shower cabinet 🤢.... well, for such price and reputation I was expecting more than just a good building with a good location.

The location, the interior design, and the furniture are incredible ❤️❤️❤️ .

The stuff are just HORRIBLE from the reception to the cleaners , they were rude to us , they were treating us badly , we felt like they are the customers and we the employees, plus they were treating some clients better than others . The cleaners came to the rooms at 5 pm . This hotel is way below average compared to the group la mamounia . They should train their stuff or change them ASAP for the money we pay it should have the service it deserve
