Asked for connecting rooms, as travelling with friends, but request wasn't fulfilled. Also one of the rooms wasn't available upon check-in and got the key only at 5 pm. Upon check out we asked to keep one of the two rooms longer, but request was denied.

I and my husband liked the room very much very clean and the lady taking care (Hakima ) Did I very good job checking on us with all our needs very helpful. Also Sarah at the front desk very professional and spoke very good English I would like to go back there next time we will be in Morocco and I did recommend this hotel to all my family and friends . Sorry I forgot the kids club they were very nice too .

I would've loved to see more entertainment/show options in the evenings besides Buddha bar which became redundant night after night

The location is amazing the number of activities is also of great variety. The kids and baby clubs is an added bonus for families

we have been noticing people -not staying at the hotel- coming at night to hangout inside -this raised a major safety concern as we have seen a security agent at the entrance talking to 4 persons -not residents- who were trying to get in, but the security didn’t let them in at the first place-they said they were coming in to take a coffee, but the security agent rejected their request to get in, but later we saw them hanging out inside the hotel. At that time at night, they were no cafeterias open and only bars are open and coming to take coffee at night doesn’t seem realistic -you know what I’m taking about!!-

One of our rooms was given to us fairly late (16.45 although check-in time is advertised as 3pm) and even that we had to walk back to reception (they didn't answer calls we made) although we were told at check-in that the keys for the room would be sent to us. The hotel is about 15 mins drive from town so if you want to go to town you will need to book a car from the hotel (unless you are driving) which is fairly expensive.

The rooms were very large and clean, beds were very comfortable but the star of the resort for us was the large beach which was often empty. The kids pool was also a win with our young kids. Breakfast was wide ranging and good quality as was dinner on nights when we used the Resturant.

I suggest to all not to pay via Mazagan Bank Link ;as probably you will get surprises in reception ;my experience I booked a special room but in my arrival I got another room and them explanation was that staff of reservation did a mistake in the confirmation sent to me.

Room floor was dirty and the cleaning staff forgot to put the fitted sheet on the mattress.

Beautiful Hotel on a long stretch of sandy beach. Modern rooms beautifully decorated and excellent selection of restaurants with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet has a huge variety of food and beverages. Beach valets super nice and attentive.

The hotel staff was very difficult to work with. There was a lot of confusion with my booking because Mazagan only accepts payment through a third party and that system was not accepting of my credit card. Also, the rooms were nice, but since the resort is not all-inclusive, it felt a little too expensive.

The hotel was absolutely stunning! It is on a beautiful property with a clean beach and long stretches of green grass and vegetation. The pool was gorgeous and well designed. Prior to booking, I did not fully understand the vast opportunities that the hotel offered in its restaurants. I also appreciated that there was a casino in the hotel.

Tennis racquets were aged and had hard grips, balls were old and used. There was no instructor at the scheduled activities. No option to go all inclusive or half board given the location Some of the activities like mini golf needed updating

we loved the golf and close proximity to the beach. The choice of restaurants was helpful. Communications regarding transfers was very good though not always clear. Staff very helpful and hotel exceptionally clean
