The staff was very nice and always happy to help and to ensure our stay is as comfortable as possible. We booked the camel tour in the afternoon to the camp and it was magical, as the quad tour in the morning. The quides were very friendly and humorous. Zaid even gave us for free more water and scarfs for the sun. The tent was comfortable and absolutely gives off moroccan desert vibes. Due to our stay at the end of May we would not recommend to have more than one night at the Camp. We as middle Europeans are not used to the heat. So we ended up just lying around and not able to do anything 😅 But that was our mistake and again, the staff helped us to make it through the day as best as possible.

Magnificent place to rest at the foot of the Erg Chebbi dunes. Arrival by dromedary has its charm, as does music by the light of the fire when night falls. Nice, comfortable and very clean rooms. And the staff's attention is unbeatable, as is their food. It is essential not to miss the sunset from the dunes, nor the sunrise over the mountains. I definitely want to return. Inshallah.

We had such an amazing time at the camp! We experienced sand boarding and a fun drive out to camp. It included great wifi and the tents were extremely comfortable. The 2 meals that were included were very delicious. This unique experience is a must!

Said and his team were exceptional hosts for this magical night in the Sahara. We arrived by camel, enjoyed viewing the sunset and then had a delicious dinner. After dinner we enjoyed Berber music and dancing by the fire. The tents are large and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was also wonderful - we especially enjoyed the egg dish. It was a very memorable experience.

Sunset Camp Merzouga is truly magical. We found the camp even better than as described. It takes a lot to impress us, but this camp did, The staff was friendly, helpful and often went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Breakfast and dinner were tasty and filling. We loved the sandboarding, camel ride and simply walking the beautiful dunes with our bare feet. The pictures we returned home with look like we were only a movie set. The entire experience was surreal. We highly recommend Sunset Camp Merzouga .
