The bathroom is very small. Not designed well however it is very nice in terms of cleanliness, having everything you need.

The staff. Hecham, were amazing, helpful. Helped to arrange a taxi to the airport. Was given a late check out due to a late flight out of Tangier. Bed was very, very comfortable. Everything was clean, very nice. Room size was very nice.

Wifi has some trouble working

Very very clean and hygienic hotel, cozy, beautiful and luxurious for a good price. Room is soooo big. The staff is amazing and very kind, at the reception or even the maids. Breakfast is delicious! The bed is so comfortable you don’t want to get up. Thank you Miranda Hotel!

I didn't expect the extra charge for using the spa. We stayed an extra night to take advantage of the facilities then we were told we had to pay extra for this.

Taxi service does not work - no taxi was waiting for us at the airport (which we had requested) and all taxi fees given by the hotel were very expensive.

Terrible location as it’s quite far away from any city attractions. To us the very small pool it’s 15 euros per person, which was outrages in already 140 euros for the room per night! The front desk staff was trying very hard to compensate for the hotel shortcomings but a single person can only do so much. The bathroom is not only very small, but the shower head coming out of the ceiling has water directed into the back wall, with very little pressure and very little water coming on a weird angle, the shower is very uncomfortable. Even though the hotel appears to be fairly new, parts of the shower stall are coming off already. The sink took forever to drain the water. Don’t order pizza in the restaurant as comes only halfway cooked. I ordered a vegetarian pizza with specific items for toppings, but my order was totally messed up with different toppings. For breakfast you get one coffee, a refill is already charged and the prices are equal to Frankfurt prices. If you have to stay there, sure, otherwise pick another place as it’s not worth the price they are charging for the night!

The hotel is a petit hotel with 4 floors and 22 minutes away from the city centre. The staff were very nice and helpful.The rooms were clean but small.Very quiet and peaceful area though with about 5 eateries around.

I have to bring to light certain disappointments that marred the overall experience. A prominent one was the persistent noise from a dysfunctional lock from one of the neighboring rooms. This unexpected sound track became a constant, unwanted companion during my stay. Furthermore, the key card system seemed to have a 24-hour expiration, requiring daily trips to the reception for reactivation. A minor inconvenience, but worth noting for future improvements. My greatest gripe, however, was the fact that access to the swimming pool and gym came with additional charges. As these amenities are typically complimentary in many hotels, having to pay for them was quite a letdown.

The beauty of your restaurants and café cannot be understated. Their elegant charm instantly pulled me into the holiday spirit. Moreover, your staff members were exceptional. Each interaction was characterized by courtesy, professionalism, and swift service, with the check-in process being notably efficient.

No sound-proof. We could hear everything from other rooms. There was also some periodic & pounding sound coming from the above. We also had to pay cash as the hotel claimed that my card information was not correct and that they are obliged to cancel the booking, but it worked fine with previous hotel which I also booked through booking.com. It was not nice to be told of this while we were on the way to the hotel. Gave us unncessary stress. Breakfast could have been better if it were a buffet. We were running out of time so we couldn't fully finish the breakfast as it took some time to prepare it. Taxi to the airport cost us 150 MAD which was the same price we paid to get to the hotel from train station. There really isn't anything around the hotel so we could have stayed in the city centre and explore the city rather than staying near the airport and sleep early!

The facilities (gym, spa etc) were an extra charge which is not communicated on check in and not clear from the booking.com listing. There was no airport shuttle even though it was listed as having one. Breakfast is not a buffet so make sure to leave time if you have an early flight. When we asked the staff how much a taxi from the station would cost, they said 200 mad but we ended up organising our own and only paying 55. We thought the price was reasonable when booking but would have chosen elsewhere had we known about these factors.

The bathroom space was awkwardly planned- bathroom door, shower door were unwieldy. I could hear clearly the adjacent rooms occupants- coughing, yelling music etc. The restaurant was weird. I had to be let in/out with a key from the front desk. The entree was good (frozen?), but the dessert was horrible. I was disappointed that there wasnt a bar with alcohol- lots of over priced non-alcoholic options.

My departing flight was early so I didnt take advantage of the breakfast. The room was fine. Good follow through in taxi to airport. 150 Dirhams seemed expensive given the proximity.
